Last day of SD today. Kind of glad as it doesn't make me feel fantastic and the back pumps suck balls but kind of sad too as I've smashed a fair few prs on it. Was up at 6am this morning to get in a quick session before the day escaped me with all this wedding business that we have to get done.

Smoked. Felt fantastic today, I honestly could have lifted for hours. Huge pr on bent over rows, feels like I've been stuck on that forever. Diet was meh I'm on holidays, could have been better but not too bad.
Sensitive nips are gone for now, so that's a relief. Libido is sky high, getting random boners all day and night.

Nothing like PRs to make your day! Way to go man. I am usually a bit more forgiving with diet while I'm on. Don't want to restrict if that food could be used to make PR's!

Prs are always a good start to a day that's for sure! I've got to Really start tidying up my diet, I've got to be big and lean by week 10 so after this vacation I'm going to have to plan things a bit better re diet.

2.5ml is a lot to put in. My left quad feels tight and has a cork :| **** just got real :) had to cut my workout short tonight as I got a very angry message from wifey about me forgetting our anniversary. **** happens she'll get over it lol.

Stupid girl grip lol. My grip strength is definitely a weak point for me. Damn that 220lb smith shoulder press was heavy. Was a 25lb jump from my previous PR.
Lowered cals and carbs today, 2900 calories, 286g protein 240g carbs the rest fats.

Yeah that's alot of juice but you will get used to it. Just inject real slow. Takes me a good minute+ but never had a problem
Grip will get better but it is frustrating isn't it

Dosed exemstane and pramipexole

Was going to workout tonight but I've had a killer headache all day. Decided to put it off until tomorrow when I'm all rested, worked 14 hours today. My day shifts are usually my planned off days but with taking a few days off over my bachelor weekend I wanted to make them up. Diet was good. 2934 cals 300protein 191 carbs 33 fibrous 102g fats.
Got a killer cork where I pinned last night. Damn this tren has a decent bite.
 
.... Foam rolling a cork sounds a touch painful.... Ill have to put my vag away before I do that lol :D

I had a deep quad bruise from setting the 130lb DB on it. There was a hard spot in the middle of the bruise. So I rolled it on a barbell. Just hard steel and my body weight. Hurt? Yes. Hard lump gone? Yep. It's OK to cry, just get that sht smashed and broken up!! Plus, that extreme pain every once in awhile is good for you. I'd loan you my balls but they are tiny and worthless

So last night I had a thumping headache and decided to skip dinner, take my aromasin and prami and get to bed. Hours later I woke up to a burning stomach. Like it was on fire. I managed to get out of bed and make it to the toilet just in time to spew my guts up. Felt a lot better instantly but the burning sensation didn't subside until about 4am. Going to have to start playing around with dosing etc ad figure out a way around this.

Got wifey to pin my left glute. Smooth as this time around. I'm thinking the volume increase of my last pin must've been what caused the pain last time. So I foam rolled my left quad, where I had the cork from my last pin. Ouch. Not fun whatsoever!! But it actually feels good now so alls good. I did however have to switch things up so I hit chest today, and will hit back tomorrow. Was strapped for time but still got down there and hit a decent enough workout.

Libido is good not having any issues in that department, nips depending on the day can be quite sensitive, no dry joints or noticeable bloat. Weight is sitting around the same as it has been for the last two weeks, might look at bumping cals up to 3700 or 4k for the remainder.
 
I'm a nights guy myself and the past 7 years is getting old. Tired of working in general haha Just wanna lift lol

Yeah I only do 7 every 4 weeks but they definitely suck every time lol. I share your feelings in just wanting to lift tho that would be a fantastic job to be paid for!!
 
I have trouble falling asleep just cus I always feel irritated in bed. Can't even adding tren lol.
Before I ever do a tren cycle I'm gonna have to invest in a elliptical.

Sleeping issues are unfortunately hereditary in my family. I never seem to sleep long enough or deep enough, so I'm not too fussed about the dreaded trensomnia.
