I'm definitely a lot more lean. I just carbed up with some pizza and I see my abs clearer than when I was wasted. My strength is still up, those inclines are about where they were at 205. And like I said my waist is a good inch and a quarter trimmer, wearing some 31's again and it feels good.

Welcome to the world of dubstep lmao, I only listen to it when I REALLY need to get pumped up.

I listened to that last night during the hockey game intermission. The start scared the crap out of my stepson (10)... lmao. I can see how it would be good - especially while doing cardio.

It's a very voluminous concoction that supposedly helps with dieting because it keeps you full for so long. That little cup was eaten around 4 and I am barely getting hungry.

Basically blend all those ingredients real quick. Then scoop it out to a bowl and with a hand mixer whip it for 2-4 minutes.

2 sets 4 right 4 left at the same weight
 
Low call high volume makes sense with the xanthan gum as a filler.

It's great, if you haven't tried it before I suggest not eating it around lunch time. Took me 4 hours to get to the point where I could eat again lol. Maybe a nice dessert or a busy morning
