I have to try this recipe out for sure. I think that it combines some great ingredients and they seem pretty healthy also. I think that you should also consider doing some sort of chocolate with this maybe syrup or flavored protein for added taste. Great recipe I will be trying this really soon.

Chocolate chip cookie dough you'll learn them soon enough

Ohhhhhh!

If you love cookie dough, this is the greatest creation ever!!
Think ice cream sandwich on homemade cookies. But instead of ice cream in the middle, there's about 8-10 varieties of cookie dough instead. I can't even describe it, I might just start crying.
About 20 minutes from my house

I'm about to try Blueberry in a few minutes. I've had the Caramel Peanut Turtle and Sea Salt Caramel Almond, which were both amazing.

I'll expect a full report shortly. They don't carry that brand here

Maybe time for a golden corral trip!

Ahhhh you dirty dirty bastard! I've been desiring Golden Corral ever since the minute my airplane crossed the US Ocean border into Europe..... 2 more months and I can feast like a Brotha @ Golden Corral.... Steaks, potatoes, steaks, Mac n cheese, steaks, roasted beef....etc
The Lord & Savior knows the emotions I'm experiencing just remembering my weekly Sunday after church Golden Corral trips...

It's wasn't the fanciest or best tasting, however, it was a decent variety of pizza and I destroyed it lol

Me and 2 of my friends went last weekend. Ordered 3 different pizzas and then snagged some more slices of pizza and dessert as we were waiting. Pretty sure all of us ate about 2 pizzas each when we were done. I only have Cicis like once or twice a year now so to have unlimited Mac n cheese, buff chicken, BBQ chicken and a bunch of other slices of pizza plus brownies, cinnamon rolls and other desserts for $5 is a pretty good cheat to me

Try making a homemade pizza with shredded chicken, jimmy dean honey maple sausage, alfredo sauce, parmesan/mozz mix.

This comes out amazing either this or a giant junk bowl with hella ice cream poptarts and cereals

Depends what macros you have at your disposal

I'm gonna second this. Haha. Imma kill it.

Gotta eat more on the daily first there brother :) Mr 1 meal per day haha..

I bet i could top 15 plates once i reverse diet after my cut is done with

All you can eat steak and shrimp all day long

i would prob go
2 plates for salad (2 total)
4-5 for steak (6-7 total) + Potatoes, mac n cheese whatever
2-3 for chicken (8-9 total) + Taco's, Spaghetti, Lasagna, Mashed Potatoes etc..
2-3 for Shrimp (10-12 total) + Sweet Potatoes, Chinese side dishes, biscuits etc.
2+ Plates for Dessert ---> Bread Pudding, banana pudding, cookies, pie, carrot cake, cupcakes, and of course 1-2 plates of ice cream

MMM

I went big this past weekend I ate a ribeye steak and had mashed potatoes with gravy and a big slice of chocolate cake for dessert. I really went all out this time and I enjoyed every minute of it. Im back on track now following my macros and eating clean again to cut for the summer and its going really well. Im already down 8 lbs and trying to lose 5 more I think I can do it by next week. I am really looking forward to cheating again this weekend.

The Wild Blueberry was awesome and the Peanut Butter Brittle was one of the greatest things I've ever tasted...creamy PB gelato, with bits of crunchy, salty peanut brittle mixed in.

Have you checked Whole Foods? It's from a little dessert shop in Maine, but I can get it at a couple places in MA.

We don't have whole foods stores here

Whole Foods is expensive,
If you can find it.. look for Steve's Ice Cream there..

Totally insane.. Salted Caramel, Brooklyn Blackout, and Queen City Cayenne

So good

Thanks for posting this recipe. I usually make mine with banana and oats to bind it together. Would've never thought of using psyllium husk. Tried it this morning with cinnamon roll protein and it was amazing! Perfect low carb option for me now that I've started my precontest training.

Also used your plate flip method. Much better than tossing the pancake in the air and hoping for a smooth landing...

Would you mind if I shared your recipe and YouTube link?

By all means if you want to share it brother, just give credit to myself.

I knew you would love the flip trick. So many people cant flip very well so its a savior and wanted to share it (especially the larger) the pancake goes get

Enjoy man!!!
