MY REVELATION AKA THE ANDROGEDDON EXPERIENCE

How high did you take your Epi dose?

Up to 80mg on the 6th week, but it was a 10 week cycle. First 4 weeks were SD. I wouldn't ever recommended that, my body can handle being treated like sh*t. It definitely wasn't worth the gains though.

I have never used before and did 30/40/40/50/60/60 starting the last two weeks now.. but not sure if 60 is too high. BP is a bit high. Also using trenazone at 1ml a day.

I've found 200mg CoQ10 every morning will keep your bp where you want it. Hope that helps you. Give it 3 days you'll be good

Nah. Just 1a day should get you straightened out. Let me know what youre numbers are in a few days
 
Will do was sitting at 153/78 - 144/79 today...

Yeah that's high. Watch your salt and dial back the carbs a bit too if u can

Checked mine a couple weeks back was 118/58
 
I will certainly do both of those thanks.

3 weeks ago mine was 119/64.

SSSSoooo after a well needed rest this weekend I got back to my grind this morning! I honestly was foaming at the mouth to get in the gym!!! Also I weighed in this morning and Im up to 208lbs from my starting weight of 198lbs! so thats freaking awesome!

heres my work out from this morning I hit chest and arms and had a great time doing it as well!

Smith incline bench press 3x 9x 225lbs with a 2/1/2 tempo

dumbbell flye 3 x 15 x 50lbs 2/1/2 tempo

Decline db press 2x12x 95lbs 2/1/2 tempo

pec dec flye 2x 20 x 100lbs 2/1/2/1 tempo

biceps

Seated incline alt. db curl 2 x 9 x 50lbs

Low cable curl 2 x 15 x 40lbs (arm pumps were getting painful at this point)

preacher curl machine 2x12 x 45lb plate

for arm and ab work ... nothing special except some crazzzzzy vascularity! Ill get some updated pics up in a few days!

Had a pretty awesome weekend ! Especially with the hawks winning ! keep killin it!
 
Yesterday was my off Day, but I'll be back to killing the iron today! Smashed legs on Tuesday, but was I'm a rush. Highlights on squat rack 275lbs for 3 sets of 9 rep... Hack squats machine 6 plates total for 2 sets of 15. Had to get wife from work so I didn't have time to hit my hammys like I wanted to. Back on track today though! Will update back work out tonight! Gonna do some volume dead lifting! Should be a blast!

Not sure if its the tren or what , but my muscles are feeling harder everyday! I can tell I'm getting more swole everyday and my traps are growing like crazy! as well as my chest and legs! coming into this log I expected to see a lot of water weight. That is simply not the case in my opinion. Some neg sides ive noticed are .... i cant get a good deep sleep , and head aches when i dont get enough food or water in.. nothing terrible though .. i been upping my kcals and my water intake. Today i got a killer shoulder work out in ! Having a really good time going into the gym! I feel like Im more muscular then most the guys at my gym! Just having so much fun on this go around with ANDROGEDDON.

Today i did shoulder presses , lately i have been doing a ton of barbell presses for shoulder growth , but i switched it up with db's today.

I started @ 197 or 98...i feel like I'm @ a minimum of 210lbs!.. Rest day tomorrow! I'm gonna eat like a mofo! Feelin so anabolic right now! Wouldn't mind seeing a 14lb gain * I always weigh in in the morning after I take a dump, for consistency.

Weighed in this morning @ 218lbs thats up 20 in 2 weeks.. Still showing all my abs and getting more vascular! Really having a good time on this! Not only has my size gone up my strength is through the roof !

I was killing drop sets today! heres a little taste of my work out!

CHEST

(drop set)Incline db press 2x9x100, 2x6x85

(drop set) flat bb bench 2x9x275,2x6x225

(drop set) incline fly 2x12x 65lbs, 2x9x45

cable flyes -diffrent variations

BICEPS

drop set) easy curls 1x9x 45 plate each side, drop 6x35lbs each side

drop set) barbell curl 1x9 x 100, drop 6x 85lbs

superset dumb bell cable curls... diffrent variations... smashed them until failure! poppin out the skin !
Finished up with some forearm work ... good freaking day in the gym , minus the ****ing summer noob herd .. taking up valuable bench space... wasnt planned on doing incline dumbell work , was wanting to do incline bench but this dude was taking his bird chested sweet time! ugh! I honestly could of pushed more weight on the dumbells! they only go to 100 at this one branch i go to! wth!!! any way ... later bros!
 
I know a ton of it is water, but i swear im still looking dry as hell! I dont like that puffy look , and i dont feel like i have it! Im a keep eating like a beast! Make the most out these gains!

Your muscles r supersaturated with glycogen and that glycogen pulls water into the muscle too.
 
HEY MOFOS DADDY IS BACK!!! TUESDAY WAS LEG DAY AND THE HIGHLIGHT LIFTS WERE SQUATS!!! Drop SETS BABY YEAH!!
Squts were 275 x 9 ss to 225x6 x 3 sets total! then I hit up the the hack squat machine and some other various machines! Wednesday was a rest day and today was back day!
high light lifts were my deads! hit a new pr 405 x 9 reps for 1 set!
The androgeddon is kickin in nice ! love looking super vascular and swole 24/7!!! Keep killin It!!
 
Just read the entire thread from the beginning, seems like you've made some KILLER gains in both size and strength man! Stuff seems to be treating you very well. Things like this that make me wish I was old enough and experienced enough to run a PH but I've got a couple years at least.

I'll be following along, and good luck man, may chime in a few more times, haha

That is some sick looking stuff. Pardon my ignorance but when you bridge into it, do you just end the current and next day start this, or what do you take in between.
