I really am. This PCT cycle and px have been doing some work along with a cleaner diet and intensity in the gym of course. But my chest is easily being shaped along with my back. Seeing the gains I want to see! Will post my lifts I did today, tomorrow, along with legs tomorrow.

Legs and core today since I missed it. Since I've been really training my back for the last few months and catching it up to speed with the front it makes me look and feel a lot leaner! I'm working on definition from the front, sides and to back and its rly good so far. This pct stack is awesome, never tried daa but I'm officially a fan now! Thanks for the input guys

Gotta keep the whole package in balance :) once it gets out off whack its crazy annoying getting it back up to snuff.

Sounds like ti don't know if I have ever experienced that scenario. I've had to work around injuries of course but nothing to throw my body off that much.

Pct- 2-3 days left and same with the px. I've been on and off with the px and work scheduling. Sometimes I run out the door nd forget to take it and other times I had coffee and 2 px and at work I felt really weird because of the caffeine. My timing has not been spot on with it but it certainly is helping me be where I expected to be at. I bet if I was more consistent with it I'd see gains that I wasn't even expecting to get but hey, I'm proud of my first logged cycle so far! Almost done it all.

Be careful with the caffeine. When taking the PX you don't need it. The beautiful thing about PX is the smooth stim effect. No jitters is what really turn me onto the product along with the big appetite supression.

Like with any fitness goal staying on point in ALL aspects is key. Training, diet and eveb supplementation. If all of these things are in sync then the outcome will most likely always be positive.

You have ran an AWESOME log. Has been very fun to follow along with and I salute you for doing so with school on ur plate as well as being a youngster and avoiding temptation :) Hope to see more logs from you (especially with our products)
 
Yah I don't drink coffee at all myself so not an issue but coffee drinkers should be cautious...
 
To be honest....I drink lots of coffee....had zero problems in combination with pro xanthine.

We're all different...and I'm kind of a freak;)

agreed, and same here as well
there is not an overwhelming amount of caffeine in the blend, nor should ppl who consume addtl caffeine automatically be cautious :)

caffeine is one of those very individual things..some handle a bunch (there are those running around on here who claim to consume in excess of 1000-1200mg daily!)....some, not so well

monitor, and make your own adjustments
 
Got 3 days of pct and px left to do but I think I'll call this log finally finished! I would like to thank Team Finaflex for providing me with support and insight throughout this log. This of course was my first log and I really enjoyed everything I have done. It's also interesting too, to log all your progress and really see and notice how far you have come.

Pro Xanthine 500-xt Review:

Focus: This kept me alert and aware all day. Really good for being at college because I should Atleast be paying attention in class.

Food Suppression: This was hit or miss for me. When I first started taking px it was very obvious I could not eat a lot. Eventually I got used to doing so. Another thing, I was taking epi v and now I am taking 2 test boosters so they definitely probably altered the suppression for sure.

Mood: Very good mood on px. This product is very enjoyable to take. It's nice to take in the morning because it makes you energized and euphoric. I was very talkative and happy/excited after taking px.

Energy: Yeah. Used this bad boy as a pre workout for the first half of the log. It's without a doubt helpful.

Thermogenic Effects: During college it was always cold and windy so I didn't feel too heated on this product. Only my feet would sweat, which left me stinky socks o.o! Now that it's been warmer, taking pro xanthine is obviously effective. It's a different type of heat and you can tell it's not just because it's hotter out. Feels like you turned the heat up a notch and I personally like feeling heated like this. Especially when lifting in my basement, makes me more intense and in the zone.

I've had bad run ins with thermogenic products in the past but this one was much more likeable. Clean energy, happy, effective, aided in my recomp and allowed me to focus on what I am eating and to make adjustments. Great thermogenic and dieting supplement for any beginners looking to test out the ole thermogenic game. Even good for intermediate and advanced bodybuilders or athletes looking to tweak their composition, diet, weight, etc. Also brings more intensity to the workouts I think with its properties.

Starting weight: 208ish
Final weight: 201-203

Used during my recomp. Tried to stay above 200 but get a little more diced up which worked well. People have noticed that I look leaner than before. I feel really good about this run and I agree. I've also heard that I look a lot bigger just because i've effectively added some muscular definition and trimmed some fat.

Ahhh yes! I've been planning on doing so Neways for multiple finaflex products.

I'm debating cycling 1-andro alone since it is more of a mild ph or adding in 1-alpha or a 2nd bottle of 1-andro for a higher dosage. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

1andro alone is a good choice. I would pick up a second bottle for a longer cycle myself.
 
That sounds good to me. I wanna try 1-andro and kill it with either a higher dosage or extended cycle. Gonna take it to the next level!
 
Either way would be ok, but swtiching to 1-alpha you may not have to up the dosage.
 
What do you mean?

Well if you were to take 1-amdro you may want to increase dosage later in the cycle depending, it you have a second bottle of 1-alpha that would not be necessary as 1-alpha has better conversion so it would already be a step up.
 
Last pics for this log. Recomp is over. Maintained size and weight but look a lot more full. I might actually log my training for the Finaflex Redefine Contest and begin doing more athletic workouts once again. If so.. I got a good base to start at :wave2:
