What is your favorite cheat meal?

I agree with you! That was our cheat meal two weeks ago. Burgers, fries and brownie with extra fudge, whip cream and oreo. Way to delish!!! I kept telling my husband I just didn't want that cheat meal to be over.... Lol!

Ok, i 100% Agree, but honestly i know some ice cream junkies and i write for an ice cream webpage for ice cream reviews, i know people who document everytime they try ice cream (dead serious) these guys wont lead me down.

I agree that CS is superior. The oatmeal cake batter is justunreal, and their bases are superior as far as flavoring goes, but sometimes change is good. Dont get me wrong i love how you can choose your mix-ins and being so oriented towards what you like you can get whatever you want. So that is awesome,

but like i said, sometimes change dont hurt. Smores is killer i love graham crackers , marshmallows, and tons of chocolate, add in some chocolate syrup and a mix of Vanilla/Chocolate soft serve i will be in heaven.

Its not better than eating tons of peanut butter and cookie's in a pint of ice cream, but hey, one week wont kill me :)

Stupid no cheat rule I have formyself when trying to gain lbm.
In my cut in about 2 months ill post up some of my cheats haha but for now I must stay clean.

I prefer refeeds rather than cheats. Cheats make it seem like its okay to binge. I did however eat his pancakes the other day. Tasted like a cheat meal. Especially the batter!

but it's gelato... is it better than ice cream? I told my wife and she knew about it. She seems to think Ben & Jerry's is the superior commercially made ic
I've worked at 2 different ice cream parlors, both where we made the product in house. (Well, one was custard)

I can always find it on sale for $3-$3.50 around here.

I've been getting Maple's Organic Gelato and prefer it over Talenti. It's a small company in Maine that started selling their products at Shaws and Whole Foods in part of the northeast. The flavor choices are awesome and they add new ones frequently.

Well I just had this fairly large burrito filled with chicken, rice, and black beans all covered in a tex mex nacho cheese sauce. Then went over to whole foods to the baking section and had 2 dark chocolate covered pretzels, a mexican wedding cookie, and a maple syrup and bacon cookie.

You didnt do it right. Get everything together that way you dont burn kcals moving around going to different stores.

Bah! Thanks, couldn't remember it's been a few years since I've used their products. Make more sense why he's take that before that meal then. I forgot what GDA stands for but I remember its glucose control orientated.

Yours looks awful. I dont even see any PB Cups, and the oatmeal cookie batter is more of a greyish/brownish color. does not even look like you got that base or caramel/fudge? Looks very white?
