It's hot outside...and inside because I didn't have the AC on. Summer came out of nowhere and it's an uncomfortable 95 degrees. I thought about possibly running tonight, but that isn't going to happen at this point.
Today's leg session was intense. It was one of the more challenging workouts that I've had in a while and I was ready to collapse.
1.25 Leg Curl

-1.25 curl: lower the weight, bring it up 4-6 inches, and return to the bottom before going all the way up. That equals 1 rep.

I had only planned on 3 sets, but when I went to check my form (video) on the third, I found out it stopped recording when I placed my phone down. I wasn't too happy and did it again without too much of a problem. My legs got a little shaky, which I've been trying to figure out how to prevent. It's not uncomfortable at all, but I'd like to make improvements. I suppose with pausing that long at that particular depth, some shaking could be expected. I'm open to hearing any suggestions.
