My steroids are on steroids bro. Lol Im up to 255. My lidts are goin nuts I pulled a former pr dor 5 at the end of my gvt. At this rate if Im not pulling low to mid 5's I'll be surprised. Needless to say Im hooked. Im planning on goinf on trt/cruise after my cycle.

Legs day 1 of 2 a week in the morning.... The workout is going to be brutal. I will post it for you guys after I am done suffering tomorrow.
 
Update..

Here is the 1st Leg workout of the week, I am not posting weights just the lifts and amount of working sets.

Barbell Hip Thrust 4 Sets

Lowbar Squat 4 Sets

Deadlift 4 Sets

Superset-
Lying Leg Curls 4 sets
Bulgarian Squats 4 Sets

Triset-
Standing calf press (toes out)
Standing Calf Press (toes in)
Standing Calf Press (toes straight)
3 rounds

Knees to elbow crunch 50 reps

Very brutal....

AAS update-
4th pin of 450mg each of Test E and EQ
12.5mg Aromasin

I feel the Test coming in fast. I was already cruising on 300mg ew so the bump is quick. I feel awesome and recovery is fast. Tbol will start June 15th.

Calories are at 3100 right now on a 40/40/20 split and I must say it feels SPOT on. My diet is dialed in and after 1 more week of tweaking I feel like it will be set.

No real bloat but I am drinking 8-10 liters a day in water but its 110 degrees already and I work in the sun so I am drenched in sweat all day.

I am getting 8-10 hours of sleep so I feel like I will be growing very fast with the AAS, clean diet and tons of rest. No other distractions here so let the growing begin!
 
I wish I could get that sleep to help me grow faster. Sucks but I'm confident I will one day get desent sleep, I'm praying anyways haha

Ha yeah it makes a huge difference man. I wake up at 330am eat at 4 lift at 5 go to work at 7 and am off at 4-5. My last meal is at 6 and then shower and sleep. On off days I wake up at 530 and eat at 6. My meal times are 4am (preworkout), 6am (post workout), 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm. 3100 calories at a 40/40/20 split. Im growing like a mofo at this rate haha. Add about 2 grams aweek of gear and gains are fast.

Nice! I have not got a schedule to do that but hoping it gets better :) I can see how you are making good gains brother. 2 grams is bad ass No doubt! I just need to start eating healthier but I'm seeing awesome gains for sure.

I was attempting to delineate the commonly mistaken labeling of service members being aggregately grouped together as "soldiers" rather than their respective associations, i.e. Marines/Soldiers/Airmen/Sailors/Guardsmen/etc.

I find it irritating when others refer to me or mine as "soldiers" rather than Marines. We earned the title and deserve recognition as such. I also understand that the mistake lies in a general lack of knowledge of the military as a whole and should therefore not be misconstrued as slander or negativism, so I mean no disrespect here either. That said, its just annoying. Myself and Dave are Marines not soldiers, period, and I hate having to splain the difference

Dave, is it possible for you to post up your chest workout? Or does your coach have a prob with clients giving out there routines.

Get Better Brother! Don't get down about ur weight bro as I had surgery on my back and lost a lot but think my body needed it anyways and now I feel like I'm growing at a much faster rate. So keep ur head up and get back to slaying that iron.

Ok been busy as sh*t but I am back. Here is my split right now..
Monday- Chest/abs
Tuesday Shoulders/biceps
Wednesday OFF
Thursday- Legs/calves/Abs (mainly compound lifts and compound supersets)
Friday- Back/Triceps
Saturday- Legs/Abs (lots of isolation and supersets with static flexing and posing)
Sunday OFF

My cardio right now is 10 minutes after every workout doing poses and flexing hard, quick break and switch poses. My posing is getting better. I take pics regularly and my coach critiques and I fix it.

The coaching is going fukin great. Couldnt be happier with my gains. I am leaning out, gaining size and building freak definition and veins.

Diet is 6 meals a day coming out to 3300 calories right now.
