lol now my Doc emailed me and said "your kidney function is a little off-most likely due to protein powder supplementation..please stop taking protein powder as of today"
 
Yeah, and you probably show up as obese for your height too because you actually have muscle on you instead of lard. Lol Crushing weights and the damage done to muscle also throws off some parameters as well. We don't fit into the baseline lard a$$ scales they go by big man.

Yeah they say I'm obese (part of the reason I wanna compete 198, so I can stop worrying about weight standards) The military would rather have marathon runners than meatheads. I'm dropping the pr-xt/nolvadren xt I guess. Any other supp is creatine, peakbeta, slinsane, hghup, and a multi. Retest in 2 weeks.

Superman-Military primary care doc. Went in for possible bruised/sprung rib, walked out with tachycardia and abnormal liver values.

If people want to be fat and ruin their lives that's on them. Why in the hell should someone be taxed for their health decisions? **** freedom, right?

Besides the fact that there are people with legitimate medical conditions that can make it incredibly difficult to lose weight.

I got some of my labs back, and my doc was astonished that almost all my labs were great. You know, cuz everyone that weighs 3 hunj is a sack of shyt with awful blood profiles.

Except my liver, it's kind of jacked, not sure why. ??? I'm having another blood draw to check it again, as they were pretty bad.

What a crap day. Everything felt heavy and sluggish. I got through the reps just fine but my motivation and focus was completely absent. I'll make up for it next week I'm hoping.

I started lifting with a guy who's trying to get a crew together. Saw him hit a 620 SSB raw.. jealous
 
Don't know if you deload with the cube but while your trying to adjust to the non-caff lifestyle...just a thought.
 
Aww, life must be rough. Only RAW pause squatting 440 for reps. Lol, jk. I'm sure once you get acclimated to no caffeine you'll be just fine.

I've thought about it. There's no deload with the Cube. I may keep assistance light next week and see if I can dial in mentally. If not, I may do a short deload.

Few minutes on the stair stepper.

A nice, light, non taxing day...I needed that. No issues with fatigue other than my gym not having AC
