Lol well yesterday was a hell of a chest day!!!

575 bench... For a PR
Tried 585 and was a no go. Anything after 550 hurts bad. My elbows were screaming.
Hammer strength declines I repped out 6 plates for 6! Ya 6 on each side hahaha
I hit everything hard! Then helped a guy on his squats. He set a PR with my help. Made a new friend and free food at applebees Lmao.

Not sure on my weight. I personally don't care Lmao

Hahaha genetics man and Tren is one hell of a drug. Not seeing much weight gain. That stopped at 270 with Sdrol but I'm leaning and strength is best on this. Thinkin bout throwin in the halotestin again.
