Honestly don't trust people at the gym with my equipment (long story) and a bar is something I can't just toss in the back or my bag easily to only allow access to those I trust. And that ish is expensive. I don't see the need for it in my training ATM but may just buy one down the road in several months once I have saved up some funds for some plans I got.![]()

That is because the sensitivity to adenosine. After chronic use your body will upregulate adenosine receptors that caffeine has a strong affinity to and once you stop if you do it cold turkey all of the sudden you can't handle it. The same thing happens to me. It is freaking brutal. I do not break often but when I do(rarely) I start with still using small amounts of caffeine(green tea, chocolate, whatever). Seems to help.
I cold turkey'd it and my mind was foggy all day long. Work def sucked lol
