Finaflex Apple Fusion Everyday Keeps DOMS Away

My upcoming fight is against a guy that's 20 years younger than me. The last thing I need is to gas out and allow this young guy to be able to take over the fight.

Fighting MMA or kickboxing?

Experience counts....but if the fight takes long stamina is an important factor.

My left hook is fairly lights out but would say my ground game is my strength due to my short arms lol

Bent over db rows

Face pulls up and down the "ladder"

Got in some early morning fasted chest/cardio training today. Felt a little sick to my stomach at first but with a few deep breaths and a little time it passed.

Decided to go a little lighter and do another 10x10 routine on this.

Another early morning fasted training session. Today was back and some cardio. I mixed my Apple Fusion today with ice cold water (why haven't I done this before?) It was even better tasting than ever!!!
