I'm doing better Irish, took Thursday and Friday off from the gym along with my usual Saturday and Sunday off. Weight is around 155. I'm glad I rested up because racing was kinda hectic Saturday but it went well. PCT will be starting this week I think and then I'm off to NC for a week on the 15th. I will be back in the gym Monday morning and going hard because of my time off. Got my order from NP which was my ignite and free creatrona, REM 8.0, and something else maybe lol. I am kind of excited for PCT and see how torem works out, also hoping its not bunk.
 
Sounds good man. Hit a rough patch but you are gettin out of it hopefully. Pct is exciting because it's another opportunity to try out some more supplements haha

Well I'm back guys and the time off was just what I needed. Added in Rem 8.0 and the stuff is working great. I got in the gym a tad late today so my workout was cut a little short but it still felt really good so that's the important thing.

No gym today guys, reason being I have to make a 6 hour round trip for work today. If I hit the gym I have trouble staying awake so I will be back at it hard tomorrow to make up for shoulders and arms.

Woohoo found my notebook at the gym today. Today was suppose to be a leg day but turned into this that and everything else because a female fitness competitor was taking a week to 10 days in the squat rack and every other leg machine all at the same time.

Can see it most in back and traps - which makes perfect sense. 7lbs up vs start, correct?

10 as of this morning. I think after looking at them I may have picked up some size but lost a little definition.

Wow......there is a HUGE differance. Back is wider and even more cut. Chest is peaking out under the delts and looks fuller and harder. Arms are noticeably larger. Abs look thicker and still defined. Man you slaughtered this shyt. Great work brother.
 
Your abs may be less defined but I'd say everywhere else actually looks MORE defined; there has been marked progress - and you've still got abs to boot.

Yeah I was going from the 30 day mark till now as far as definition goes. From day 1 everything is better.

Pre has a ripped back! Holy mackerel, the back is looking great. Nice definition elsewhere. Congrats brother. Remember that bodybuilding is a journey and slow and steady gains are easier to keep.

I need to post my update. Chest day turned into bench day lol. Hit a extra 2 reps for a minor PR.

Well guys chest day turned into benched day. Chest felt huge, massive pump after this workout. I added 2 reps to my flat DB bench press, I plan on hitting the 55s next week.

The tris are completely fine, front delts where in a good amount of pain/soreness yesterday. Today is a fair bit better though. I will let some hot water run on them for a bit in the shower to loosen them up. On another note today is the first day of PCT. Wednesday I leave for vacation in NC where I will be pushing my brother to bring me to the gym, which he will as we already talked about this.

Yup lets hope it goes well. Anyone have input on torem dosing time. I'm doing an/pm split but should I just do all at night?
 
doesn't matter when you take it, just take it same time every day
and take all at once, do not split doses

PCT Day 2 - 155.9 (+10.4) back


Short workout today but it was more of a focused workout too. Really concentrating on working the muscles and not just moving weight. Below I will put my current supp layout for PCT.

Week 1 - torem at 120 for 3 days then 90 for the next 4, PureTest will be dosed 3 am and 3 PM. Revo black will be 2 caps PM.
Week 2 - torem at 90, PureTest will stay the same, revo will stay the same.
Week 3 - torem at 60, PureTest will stay the same, revo will stay the same.
Week 4 - torem at 30, PureTest will stay the same, revo down the one cap.
Week 5 - PureTest the same, revo down the 1 every other day.
Week 6 - PureTest only at the same dose.

I will also be using ignite for 30 days.
