What is your favorite cheat meal?

Post workout meal today: 1 package spinach asiago chicken sausage, 1.5 cup white hominy, couple servings of broccoli, 2 slices reduced fat provolone throughout. Cooked it all up in a skillet (after grilling sausage) with 2 tbsp of EVOO. Through a little franks red hot after I took the picture. It was pretty damn good.

Recipe:

120g Flour/Pancake Mix (Complete)

30g Cinnamon Swirl Whey

3g Splenda

Baking Powder (5g)

8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)

1 Egg

1 White (Stiffen this in a separate bowl by itself and fold into the mixture)

1/2 Cup Milk (I used almond)

Around 100g
20g Greek Yogurt

Directions:

Combine all Dry
Then add in the whole egg and milk, and MIX
in a seperate bowl mix the egg white by itself to a stiff peak (around 2-3 minutes) and SLOWLY fold into the mixture. This will help with moisture and overall texture and cook on a MEDIUM HEAT (low to medium is best) to prevent burning.

Cinnamon Swirl Chocolate Chip Scones

Ingredients

150g Complete Pancake Mix/Flour
1 Egg
2 Whites (Stiffened to a Firm Peak and folded into end)
1 Scoop Cellucor Whey Cinnamon Swirl
5g Baking Powder
6g Splenda
16g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
1 Cup Almond Milk
25g Greek Yogurt
35g Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 TBSP Low-Fat Smartbalance Butter

Directions

Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees

First of all collect all your dry ingredients and put into a large mixing bowl (Whey, Pancake Mix, Baking Powder, Splenda, Chocolate Chips, SF/FF Pudding Mix, and Whey Protein)

Next you will slowly add in the milk, whole egg, vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp of Low-Fat Butter, and Greek yogurt and mix together. This will come out thick; this is why we are going to stiffen 2 egg whites to give it a cake batter like consistency.
Take your two cracked egg whites in a separate bowl and stiffen to a firm peak on a high power for 3-4 minutes and slowly fold those into the other bowl with all your dry and remaining wet. Fold from the outside to the inside for 1-2 minutes until evenly dispersed and then ready to bake.
Take a Drop/Biscuit Pan, which you can get at a local walmart or cooking appliance store and spray with cooking spray. Slowly fill each biscuit/scone filling trey about ½ to 2/3 full so it can rise and not overflow.

These should take around 16-20 minutes (use your eye) when they start to get golden brown on the top they will be ready to pull out of the oven. It is wise to check the inside with a toothpick to make sure it is done. If you pull the toothpick out and there is no liquid then it is fully cooked.

Allow to sit out and cool prior to eating, or able to keep safe in a Tupperware container as an on the go snack!

Either Chic Fil A in massive quantities, doritos, a philly cheese steak or a pizza.

Dont know how you guys like fast food.. it blows my mind. if i am getting some good food i want it from a legit place, not something that is 1$ from McDonalds and held in a warmer and never cooked.. lol.. not to mention full of preservatives

My new anti craving food is chicharrones (pork rinds), one 1/2 oz serving gives 7g protein 5g fat and zero carbs. Tastes great and makes you think your eating carbs.

I always wonder why pork skins denote, "not a significant source of protein" on the label... I love 'em especially with melted brie

Crush up pork skins to dust then add to your eggs. Might sound weird but I'm also a pork skin lover and found this to be yummy in eggs, soup, any pasta really. Mmmmm

Left the gym this morning, stopped at a local diner and had a pastrami, onion, swiss, and spicy mustard omelet. Freakin' delicious.

Hey guys one of my friends at the gym came up with an interesting theory. He states to have your cheat meal on a day in which you feel the bodypart you are training is a lagging/weak muscle compared to the rest of your body. What do you guy think of that?

Haha I know its garbage that's why I don't eat it often. I don't like a whole lot of fast food either unless you count pizza.

My logic is that I can get good food from legit restaurants and still eat clean. For my cheat meal, I go to the opposite end of the spectrum.

Ya if they don't add butter/fat, I'm with solution about cooking your own food. (Unless ur craving something on ur cheat day)

Legit restaurants offer far better quality for cheat meals such as burgers etc with cooking methods. not to mention superior quality
