I would like to thank Heavyiron and IronMag Labs for this opportunity to log M-STEN RX. I have been itching to throw iron around and to do this right, why not take the next step. I will be trying to gain some mass and strength while taking down some of my body fat. I have run some harsh shyt in my late twenties and I know what PH does to my body. However I will be treading very carefully in this run since I haven't run PH in a long time and will keep a close eye on sides. I may have overdone my PCT set up and I am open to opinions and critique.

Here we go. Day 1 starts tomorrow.

4/30 Day 1

Weight 227 lbs

Weighed in this morning after releasing waste accumulated from day before. Nice and fluffy 227 lbs. I am not about excuses. It is what it is. Now my arms and legs better be attached properly because I WILL put them through a beating in the coming 4 weeks.

Woke up refreshed and ready to go. Dosing won't be as complicated as I thought. I split up everything into 2 baggies to take with 2 meals.

4/30 Day 1 continued

Nothing much to report yet.

Did not lift due to softball game which we won 11-2 despite me going 0 for 3.

Ended the day with
3340 calories (267p, 224c, 166f)

consisting of lean beef, chicken thighs, grilled veggies, peanuts, whole wheat rolls and some papaya and bananas.
 
5/1 Day 2
Weight 226 (-1.0 lbs)

Woke up refreshed and ready to go. Only thing noticeable ? Woke up with dry mouth and thirst. Need to drink more water to combat this.

Lets see what tonight's workout bring. I will be maxing out on Incline Smith Press today as well as adding supporting work for chest.

Gotta remind myself.....for the next 4 weeks, ton of water and no alcohol.

We were up early and I was trying to hit a tree out near left center. LOL. Got under every time and flied out each time. No fences so I could not out hit the fielders.

Need to get back to basics.

Got my fat intake under control, but fell short of 3,000 calories. Ate turkey cutlets, flank steak, chicken thighs, veggies, wheat rolls and bananas.

No noticeable changes yet. Had an OK workout. Lets just say I got the work in. Due to amount io people taking up the equipment, I had to improvise some. Full chest work turned into partial chest/back workout. Probably do shoulder/legs tomorrow and then get back into one body part per day routine.

Have a bit of soreness right now. Lets see how I recover tomorrow.

Felt good all day. Nothing noticeable other than thirst. Need to really step up my water game.
 
Couple more comments. My muscles are still hard from earlier workout. Feels like I just finished my workout.

I also have some shoulder pain. Anxious to see how quick I can recover. Shoulder pain is a chronic thing unfortunately. Takes couple days usually to fully go away.
 
5/2 Day 3

Weight 225.5 (-1.5 lbs)

Not concerned about little bit of weight loss. I am thinking its due to change in diet and more activity and some water loss. I did clean out pretty good this morning. Feel nice and empty.

Muscle hardness remains from last night and I love it. Arms and chest feel rock solid. Shoulder pain is almost gone. It's probably due to pushing max on smith bench press which is not as forgiving on range of motion.

No sides yet and no libido change.

Just downs some spinach omelette and coffee. I am raring to go......to work ??? LOL.
 
I wonder how this would work on a cut...hmmm

Still the same. Nothing new to report. Workout was decent. Arms and lower back tomorrow and multi-body part experiment is over. Just not my thing. Back to one part per day.

Not getting as much pump during workout, although muscle hardness and pump comes and stays few hours after workout.

Did not recover as well as I would have liked from last night. No noticeable changes in libido or sides. Some joint pains have appeared. Shoulder not fully recovered and knees are a bit tender.

Still too early to attribute anything to supps.
