i do have the goals and each week I turn it up a notch and I want to eventually be able to jog with it, but right now one step at a time

I was looking around and seen some cool workout screen savers for computers. I was just wondering if you guys have any on your computers if so could you share which one you use?
Anything that involves/shows mike mentzer or Arnold. Or just good ol' porn is always good. Basically anything that keeps you motivated bro. I've literally got Arnold, Mentzer, columbo, ferrigno, and a single Coleman quote posted all in my garage and in my house/office. Kai Greene has some really good stuff out there too. I just dont know what Im gonna put up of his.

Something that always keeps me motivated is reading articles on weight loss, bodybuilding, training, anything fitness oriented really. It educates me so I can continue to learn and implement what i read to get better results and stay motivated.
Totally agree with you, and also what I find motivating is hearing other peoples success stories and soon I will be one of those stories you know what i mean
There's plenty of success stories on here for you, I like to occasionally take a look at the logs and see what people are doing for inspiration as well. Sounds like you are making great progress, I hope to see you meet your goal.

I just got done doing my back workout and man the deadlifts kicked my ass LOL it was a great one. I was grunting on the last few in my set. great lift over all
Just got done with my morning cardio, I just want to say how my body is adjusting to walking in the morning. when I first started I didnt want to wake up and i needed motivation to do it, Now I wake up put my cloths on and start doing my walk. Crazy how things change in just a little over 2 weeks, it feels great. My back from last night is feeling really good
