What is your favorite cheat meal?

Where do you hear this bull crap from?
Read above. White bread may lack nutrients compared to wheat but are you stating that 25g of carbs out of your entire diet is going to ruin hitting your micronutrients/vitamins/minerals for a day? hell no...

You are really overthinking or reading some whack ass magazine.

Another goodie:

Interesting...will do.

not even close.

MyFitnessPal.. input your foods and sources and hit your macros/fiber/fat/protein/carbs ... My micronutrients/vitamins/minerals are the #1 thing i focus on.

MFP is awesome. Been using it for about a year and a half now, its like nothing to enter my meals in now since it stores your recent foods.

Lean pockets, sugar free cookies with organic milk, protien pancakes. These are all a part of my cheat meals but they aren't cheat foods.
One food that taste like a cheat food is the surpreme protien peanut butter and jelly bars.

The only food I let myself splurge on when I have the craving for it is CHINESE FOODDDDDD! Lins garden for the win?

I have never had 5 guys, I have been wanting to for a while. From what I hear, 5 guys gives you a lot more meat. I think it is the animal style(grilled onions and their "special sauce") that gets a lot of people. Yea most people either like one or the other. I am going to have to find a 5 guys around here.

I've heard this too. Once you have 5 guys, you'll never go back to 2 or 3 guys ever again.

haha probably should have looked that over before posting.

Each patty is 3oz cooked (80/20 ground fresh meat) that is prepared every single day (we get shipments 3x a week of fresh produce) so it has 0 preservatives and nothing rewarmed, its cooked right in front of you. as many veggies as you want, and the fries are cooked special (precooked, held for at least 2 minutes sometimes longer, and then final cooked) all in peanut oil which give them a unique crispy taste with a baked potato consistency on the inside.

Been there as a manager for almost 3 years as a part time job, i cannot compare, but i have only had five guys once in my 3 years there (not a burger guy, i usually make 95/5 ones all the time) taste is really no different to me. But its very popular and gets quite some customers.

Suggestions for my cheat tonight? Anyone wanna see photos? :)

Yup post it up! I don't know about an entree but definitely some sort of pie for dessert! Pumpkin pie gets my vote.

Haha pies aren't that common down here for dessert. Itll be more ice cream... Although i LOVE apple pie!

Well i can't post photos cause i havent hit 150 posts.

But i had 16 kfc breast strips, 2 large chips, a black edition burger, a New York burger from maccas, a frozen coke, a chocolate thick shake and two McFlurry sundaes.

It was good but i hate being bloated.

Dude, you NEED to open a restaurant. If your food tastes 1/10th as good as it looks, you'd be rich!!!

No it tastes awful, thats why i cook it, so i can throw it away after i take a picture....then i mix a protein shake and eat a big bowl of broccoli on the side :)

Costco is a great place for beef. You can get some beautiful beef tenderloin there. If you are not afraid to trim it yourself, you can save a boatload of money and get fillet you could cut with a spoon.

I think Sam's club pizza is soooooo good!! Haven't tried Costco, but figure its probably similar.
