That's a very solid routine. Don't forget that with all those chest & push/pull workouts you are getting quite a bit of shoulder work in there. If you need something else to do with your ab day, I would suggest arms.

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't updated all week it's been hell, I moved into a new place and now lost my gym membership due to not having the money to pay italso no gym yesterday or anything because my 3 year old dog died. :'( still really upset about that as well.. Until I can get my membership back looks like I won't be updating... Ill still be around though.
1st time checking out your thread. You are making good progress. Sux about the gym membership. Keep hangin out at the beach in the water and get shredded for summer! Bummer about your dog. Ive been through it few times. Never gets any easier. Hope things get better.
