Yesterday's Workout-------

My second pump was, and has been since using Endurance, out of control. I never want to stop working out.

Waist: 38.5 • 36.5 • (-2 frickin' inches!!!!!)

Thighs: 25.25 • 24.5 (-.75")
Not too shabby. I should expect some tightening in the *wrong* places while doing p90x AND burning fat, so considering all that = Awesome.
I REALLY missed the Endurance this morning before Core. My step son said my BCAA's looked like pee today... (They may taste like it too) I will be taking them again when I start my bulk next month.
I will post a link to my final review here shortly. Major thanks to cswalczakny. I know it's a risk letting a noob run a log and I hope I didn't disappoint too much. I wasn't just a log-noob, I was a complete forum-noob and supp-noob. I've learned a lot watching other logs over the last month and definitely hope to improve...

I still get a little embarrassed posting mine. But at the same time it's self-motivating. My wife and I were just looking through my 230#+ pics from when we met, and that was with little to no muscle weight.
Right now is the best I have ever looked, and I'm nowhere near where I want to be.
You are well on your way man. I just saw some of my pics when I was as low as 180, and some when I was 240 and on Halodrol lol. I'm going to look at them everyday for motivation. I am tired of carrying all this extra weight.

No way you are getting a better workout then me. My deads were fuggin great. I watched a video on proper form this morning before the gym, made all the difference in the world. I did 135x12, 175x10, 195x10
I could have done more, but I was only doing three sets so it will be a PR breaker next time.
And these numbers may look small to some, but I have only done deads about 5 times in my life, and those were in the last month, so I am impressed and addicted.
