I've never been one to buy supps before, but she's liking my fitness change. Also, I've got her on protein shakes (meal replacement) now so I'm slowly softening her up.

Today WO: Yoga X and (Andrew/Drewsicle convinced me to add a gym workout.) Triceps.

OxyECA taken at 7:11am

ENDURANCE Plus started at 7:45. It was still half full when I started Yoga and drank it during.

I took a second scoop of ENDURANCE Plus with me to the gym.

Yoga was normal, getting easier every week. Sometimes my balance is on, sometimes it's off. I do a push-up before and after every vinyasa, and I could barely do one after each two weeks ago.

Tricep WO was great. I was pumped the whole time, and my energy was through the roof. My HR stays slightly elevated, but isn't that the point? I'd guess 135ish consistently. But that's a guess. I didn't want to stop (again) but once I had to (again).

I'm not as strong as I was pre-p90x, but considering what p90x does I didn't drop that much:

Also, on that super set, I have no idea what the actual weight is. Here's what the machine says but there is no way it's that light. I struggled, and I can do way more than that on DB kickbacks during p90x:

Thanks!!! The scale was discouraging me because I dropped a lot of weight and then barely anything since the log started. I can't complain now though!

I am so impatient waiting for the Endurance BCAA's. I know I just ordered them, so I will probably get them on Monday. 2-3 scoops of my Perform left. :(

I'm the same way. I need to move my scale to the garage or something. I have weighed in everyday this week, watching my weight go up and up. This stupid bronchitis has set me back a week already

Honestly, if I moved mine to the garage it would just be a farther walk at 6am. Maybe after I see abs I'll stop weighing daily. It's so bad that I can predict my morning weight within about .3# by weighing myself right before bed.

Kenpo X day

I love Kenpo day. Going to start trying to use the 10# weights for punches again. My step-son wanted to do a WO last week and I figured he'd have fun with this one, so I did portions of Kenpo on Thursday also (just when needed to motivate him):

I was told last night that drinking the BCAA's room temp instead of cold makes it absorb better; Is that true?

Yes and no. Nothing absorbs into your blood stream until its body temp. So it would absorb QUICKER not necessarily better
 
Decided to do biceps before kenpo. The pics are in order, but the exercises are backwards. Bottom up each pic, no super sets, and 70 sec between each set. (60 timer + logging time, may be off).

Kenpo X is done! Holy JELL-O arms!!

I used 5# weights on every block and punch, except I used 10#'s on the elbow series and the first 50 of the final 100+ vertical punches. I did take a few pause breaks, but it was either that or drop the weights.

I still have energy to do another workout, but I shouldn't. Taking a rest day tomorrow!
 
I did a few different online (tape measurement) BF% calculators yesterday, and they ranged between 19-20.51%. The one that says 20.51% said my lean weight is 143. That's BS. There is no way in ******** **** that I have 44# of fat left on me. I'm saving my update photos for the end, but there is much progress.

Also, dilemma: It's church day and I told myself I was going to take a break today. But... I really want my Lil' green shake, but without wasting it (no WO). So, I'm hoping my wife sleeps a little longer so we have to go to second service and I can do Core Syn or something and get me my Endurance pump for the day. :)

Endurance scoop one was mixed w/ room temp water, and scoop two was mixed with cold water. (Thanks for that info!)

I have a large job starting tomorrow so my WO's will be later in the day while NOT fasting. Unless I get up extra early, that is.

Here was dinner last night. I actually only ate about 1/3 of that ribeye. I tried to eat it all but couldn't. My macros were still on mostly because I rearranged my other meals to fit it. So it's not technically a "cheat" meal, just "not good" carbs. :)

Got a major headache on that fourth set of flay bench and I just couldn't shake it. Dec-bench and flys could've been better. Honestly though, I never really felt fatigued. I'll do p90x chest, shoulders, and triceps plus Ab ripper later. Work was cancelled today.

Gonna drink crap BCAA's as my post WO shake and save my second Endurance shake for my p90x WO.

I also only did one Endurance shake (during WO) and I missed it in the AM. My fast almost hit 18 hours instead of 16 by the time I ate lunch. On a brighter note, I did get to finish up the pizza I started on Monday and my calories still took a heavy deficit, and my proteins have still been at body-weight plus.

I just took my OxyECA Black now, and my Endurance is mixed and ready to pound. Heading to the gym in 30 to do dead lifts, squats, and presses. (I will regret this during Yoga tomorrow) I haven't done those since starting p90x. Then I'll hit up p90x's back and biceps after work. Taking a second OxyECA Black for the first time today at lunch.

Leaning calf presses:
Both calves 400x25
Single calf 350x10

No squats because my knee didn't feel 100% after my last set of presses.

I took my second OxyECA Black at 12:20 just after my first feeding, and a 1/2 scoop of Endurance at 3:00pm when I started my P90X workout. That put me at 2.5 scoops for the day. I felt pumped up. I actually still do. Same with my energy.

Unfortunately, I forgot to eat more calories. Right now I'm at 955c's, 125p's for the day with an hour left to feed. So, food coma time. I'm also short on carbs. No worries, if my deficit is too large today ill make up for it tomorrow.

P90X Back/Biceps+Ab Ripper X:

I upped the weight on all of the bicep exercises. The reps were the same (< on a couple).
My pull-ups sucked. I was, on average, 1-2 pull-ups below normal on each set. That's with upping my leaning rows by 15-20# on all 3 (?) sets. Oh well, i'm doing back again on Friday.
