Legs are probably the easiest for me to build. They're decent size up top but my calves are definitely lacking.
I don't really isolate bis a whole lot, but tomorrow is an arm day...I don't like not being able to straighten my arms for the rest of the day. Haha.

Bro my legs are strong as hell. They dont look it though... So Im working on that. My bis used to be hooge but I havent given them much love for almost a year now so its time... Fuk pain
 
I just want to note that all supps listed below the MBCAAs were put there as a joke.
Also, T level, as of Wednesday is up to 704 on 150mg Test-c e2w. Good start.

Enanthate and cypionate are basically the same thing from everything I've read. No, I'm actually on a pretty low dose compared to many others. 150mg every two weeks is roughly 75mg a week but it doesn't equate to that considering half-life, if I'm not mistaken. I go back in on Monday to discuss how treatment is going.

It was at a slight incline, definitely not completely upright. I noticed that I had to do the reps slow to stop my shoulders from popping and that aided in focusing on the burn.

Right, I saw that after I posted. 300mg a week would have my number closer to the 12-1500 range. I don't see the need to go that high, personally. I feel better, for the most part, than I did when I started and it comes with no negative sides. I'm fine with that. No need to be greedy.

That's awesome bro. I think I would find it hard not to abuse my trt prescription if I had one. Then again the doctor gives the shot doesn't he/she?

Meh, I've considered blasting for a short stint. To be honest, though, I don't consider myself to be in good enough condition to run any kind of cycle (even a blast on my own meds). If I ever did it, I'd already be in the single digits for bf% and plateaued on gains, which won't happen for quite some time.
All of my doses are self-administered, at home.

Cool. Yeah, I keep the reps slow and controlled as well. The angle of the pressing movement (on the machine I use) allows you to really hit the traps if you squeeze at the top.

I did notice it hitting the traps, and I like that. The machine has semi-independent arms so I had to really focus on pushing evenly and that slowed me down quite a bit. I'll take a pic of the machine on Monday. Oh, and I did the horizontal presses with tens today. Good god.

Sounds good. Haha I think I worked up to 8lbs for 10 this week. Maybe I'll shoot for 10lbs next time.

The only way I got through it was by speeding up the motion. I don't think my gym has 8s but I'd definitely use them next time if they did. I'm not ashamed.

Shoot, I have the same problem. Sucks on bench, with squat at least there's the rack, deadz not really an issue

Yup. I don't like the idea of suffocating under a bar on bench. Anything else I have no worries. Just the sound of dropping 405 on the squat rack is pretty loud...
