How long have you been using protein supplements?
-I have been using protein supplements since 1997 and have tried every single one. Including raw eggs.
Current fitness goals:
- just came off a bulk and started to cut up. But can switch to what ever usp labs wants.

First thing in the am I have a (vanilla splash) which is BSN Syntha6 vanilla ice cream protein powder 1 scoop, plus 6 oz of silk vanilla soy milk, and one tablespoon of vanilla extract.
The reason I use soy is because its a medium digesting protein and helps increase muscle. Don't be leave the estrogen BS.
Vanilla extract reason antioxidant benefits, removes free radical damage due to smoking, environmental toxins and excessive sunlight

Lol because I made it, just kidding its good because it covers taste, enough nutrients and protein that won't make you feel full and allow you to workout hard and not pass out.
