Get some rest bro and get back at it when you feel better! No sense in going in and having half assed sessions because you aren't 100 percent. Hope you feel better soon man.

Listen to LTL

Get better dude

Hope you feel better man.

Sleeeeep! Three days off worked wonders for me.
Thanks guys appreciate the support. Hopefully it was just an off day. Thinking the headache may be blood pressure related. Gonna keep an eye on that. Also gonna look into some joint support. Any suggestions?

Super Cissus is a life saver for me.

Thanks Marms ill check into that.

I've had two pretty sick gym sessions in a row. Hit arms and cardio yesterday. The pump was so ridiculous it actually hindered my bi workout a little haha. Went in today and wrecked shoulders. My joints are still hurtin pretty bad but I've been looking into some joint support so hopefully that will help. Ive been having CRAZY dreams the last few nights. I don't know if this is related to the masshgh of not. I'm assuming it is. Groggyness still is a small problem in the morning but its getting better everyday. Also been getting some pretty decent food pumps. I'm going to start working with a nutritional coach here in about two weeks so I'm pretty excited to see how the GDA works with his guidance. Here's the numbers for today

Started with 15 min incline walk on the treadmill to warm up.

Machine lat raises
90-12
90-12
95-9
95-7

Wide grip OH press (couldn't seem to get warmed up on these so I didn't go very heavy)

45-10
45-10
65-10
65-10
75-10
75-9

Cage presses (first time doing these. Holy hell! I though 95 was going to be warm up weight)
95-10
105-9
115-8
120-7

Destroyer set prone rear delt flys
15-60
10-30
20-15

nice workout buddy. fried those shoulders. I'm still procrastinating on trying out those wide grip presses

My cage isn't high enough so I have to do these seated...brutal is a word that comes to mind. Lol
Have you thought about dropping the MassGH dose back a cap to see if it still produced without the grogginess?

Sick workout boss. Lol I was saying how challenging those cage presses are. I'm glad you can back me up on that haha.

I highly recommend them haha sometimes I think smoke is going to start coming off my front delts ;) start light though and work your way up. And make sure your dropping the bar all the way to your chest. You'll love them after a week or two of doing them.

Haha yeah brutal just about sums it up. I've actually never even thought about dropping the dose. Hmm maybe ill do it tonight.
Sick workout boss. Lol I was saying how challenging those cage presses are. I'm glad you can back me up on that haha.
Thanks buddy. They're pretty tough. I actually saw where you started with 135 so I thought I better start lighter. I wasn't expecting to stay around that weight though. Lol

Goes the dynamite

Gonna have to try these cage presses. I think I'll start with 305 though......and videotape the fail :p

You can try to kick it down to 2 caps and see if you notice a diff. Some people have had minor issues with the "groggy" thing. Not many and the few that did it either wore off after some time or they found a sweet spot at a lesser dose.

Had the best day in the gym I've had in a while today. Had a huge carb up/ cheat meal last night for dinner and have been out of the gym since Wednesday. Rested up and carbed up treated me well haha. Was gonna do a hybrid leg back day but ended up doing mostly back. I'll hit legs and cardio tomorrow. Weight was 216 today.

Well your a swanky beast. Swanky beast>beast

Thanks bud

well, don't beat yourself up about it. I can teach you the swanky ways

Went in and hit chest today. Hit legs on Sunday. I haven't been keeping track of my lifts because it seems like I've been pressed for time the last couple days. A few things to note though. Chest strength Is way up on declines and DB twist presses. I hadn't done the twist press since phase 1 so i decided to see where I was at in comparison, and I was shocked to see the improvement. I was doing sets of 8-12 with 70's and 75's during phase 1 so I started with 80's today and worked my way up to 95's. my last set I got 95's for 8 clean reps. I was shocked! On the other end of the spectrum though my incline BB presses have proceeded to go down every week. I'm thinking it has to do with my shoulder pain though so I'm going to switch it up and hit incline DB's from now on. And lastly I've woke up to read 217-218 on the scale the last couple days?!? Not that I really care because I feel like I'm leaning out some just figured I'd note it. All in all feeling pretty good. Only a couple more days of recomp and masshgh left.

Can't wait to hear your final review man. Remember we are having a ridiculous sale going on for recompadrol and aav2. 55 for both !!!

Off day today. But figured I'd share these with you guys. I hadn't looked at any progress pics in a long time so decided to go back and look at the progress I've made. Still have a long way to go but still happy to see where I've came from. All 3 pictures are at the same weight +\- a couple pounds.

that is on HELL of a difference brother!

Kick @ss brother!!! Definitely see the work you've put in

Nice work man, it always amazes me that whenever people start lifting weights consistantly, their lives are never the same afterward. The changes in body composition are inspiring.. again, nice work

Awesome job Dan!

Nice transformation Dan! Very motivating..

Awesome Dan!!!!!!!

As always thank you guys so much for the support! All of you guys + a few more here on AM motivate me to keep pushing everyday! I always feel like I'm not doing as we'll as I can because the scale never moves. Just goes to show the scale lies! I actually was even heavier than that at one point. I was around the 250 mark before I really started trying. I can't wait to see where I'm at in July for my official 1 year later pics!

Thanks man means a lot. To be honest 75% of my change was diet. I've been lifting for quite a while but always ate horrible. I'm a FIRM believer in diet is 90% key now.

Final review

I waited a few days to post a final review to see if I could tell a difference once the supps were gone. I finished off the masshgh Thursday night and the recomp Sunday I believe.

MassHGH- def. did what it's supposed to. 3 pills and 30-45 mins later I was out for the night. My wife works 1st shift and gets ready while I'm still sleeping in our bedroom. I usually wake up while she gets ready but I didn't 1 time while taking massHgh. Completely solid product as far as a sleep aid. Noticed some subtle changes in other areas but nothing major. Some extreme hunger the first two weeks and a small amount of acne. This will be a product ill keep in my stash for sure.

Recompadrol- took 6 pills a day spread though out the day. The main thing I noticed with recomp was the vascularity I kept all day. My forearms always had veins poppin. And muscles felt fuller. Def. a good GDA I would recommend to anyone to at least try. The only downfall was the extreme GI issues. It was terrible for about a week and then settled down but still worse than normal for me. I know that's semi common for GDA's I've just never had it happen to me before.

Again a huge thanks to EBFinc and Marms for the opportunity. If I left anything out feel free to let me know!
