Down about 5-6 pounds. Kind of stalling but I'm going to see if Luke can switch the diet up a bit.

But the scale I have isn't that great. And doesn't read bf anymore.

Scales... I hate em. Never sure if they're on point. Gotta calibrate all the time... I got a nice digi at home now. Well worth the money.

Down 5-6 is actually really good for less than a month. Keep er going!

I will probably buy some of these supplements again as they aided my cut pretty well. I am going to continue on this cut and see where I end up. Thanks to Luke, Eric and PNI for this opportunity.
