I love the idea that you finish your usual workout and still feel like you would want to do more.

To me, this aspect of performance enhancement is the most important aspect to a pre workout product.

I completely agree. I've been doing just 1 scoop.
Thinking of doing 2 tomorrow, since it's leg day, and see how that treats me.

I completely agree. I've been doing just 1 scoop.
Thinking of doing 2 tomorrow, since it's leg day, and see how that treats me.
I'd say maybe jump to 1.5 before going straight to 2 scoops. That is quite the jump with Enhanced IMO. Either way glad you enjoyed it and look forward to more input on how you react to a higher dose.

Unfortunately, I just couldn't come to terms with enhanced. I couldn't tolerate the Yohimbe sides even with varying doses. There was no sweet spot I could find for me. Everyone else seemed to love it though. For anyone who is interested, I have put my tub up in the auction section with only 4 scoops missing. Hopefully, PES comes out with a yohimbe free version of this and alphamine.

No big deal at least I got a bottle of Erase too I love that stuff.

Sometimes it wasn't bad and others like my last leg workout I thought my heart was going to explode. At the end of the day I couldn't take enough to get great focus without getting the unwanted yohimbe sides. Sucks because I was really excited for it but it was at least worth a shot

I felt a little bit jittery the first few times I took it but it went away. Now I'm sick so I'm taking a few days off the gym and off of enhanced. So when I get back I'll probably start slow again.

Maybe try easing into it. Take a half dose each workout for the first week or so and then the next week increase to 1 scoop. One scoop might be all you need.

I would try this as well. Seems like this product is a lot more cost effective then most people initially thought it would be. I add in a 500 cap agmatine with 1-1.5 scoops and I'm loving every workout. Blue razz will be at my door tomorrow! Can't wait!

Used 1.5 the other day when I did a bag/legs superset day.
Excellent workout. Didn't even feel all that fatigued at the end. Got home and started doing work around the house.

I've been sick all week this week. Hopefully I can get back to gym soon. I'll have to start with just 1 scoop again. ...Maybe 1.5.

Yeah I think I brought this on myself though. I started feeling sick last Friday and went to the gym anyway. Took some enhanced that day and didn't even feel the symptoms of the cold. Even made some gains!. Probably pushed myself further into the cold by working out so intensely when "feeling sick". Really though after taking the enhanced I didn't even realize I was sick.

Yeah, the stuff is definitely the best pre-workout I have ever tried. In fact, I just went ahead and got a bottle of Blue Raz from Nutra. I did get the insider deal and have plenty left, but still. Stuff is too good to miss out on.

I have been ill the last couple of days and have trained anyway.

It definitely hasn't helped lol.

Then again, I am not using Enhanced lol. ;)

Just took 1.5 pre and .5 during on my push training day. Was going 275 on flat bench for rep, then immediately to 225 incline for reps...never been able to go that heavy on incline for reps right after flat.
This is good shiz.

Finally opened my tub of enhanced (fruit punch) over the weekend. Started with 1 scoop like everyone recommended, next day 1.5 scoops. Today used 2 scoops before my workout and it was great. 2 scoops is my sweet spot for sure. Hit me about 45 minutes later and had a great workout. Going to stack this with Anabeta elite, erase pro, TTA 500, and 1.5 scoops of alphamine (late afternoon) for the next 8 weeks. Got my tub of blue raz on stand by so I can alternate favors.

Great combo of supps. Blue Razz is awesome. I will be mixing FP + BR tomorrow. Pretty excited about it lol

Just bought two more from nutra before it ended lol and a condense/fat smack stack. Might get some hemavol free compete from u no where too who knows. My gf might kill me though. Hahaha

Well done for working up to two scoops. It has been very common for people to jump right in at two before realising it is way too strong for them lol.

Yea agmatine 500 my tris are so pumped right now. Wow i though nanostim was a good pump product. Ha man was i wrong!

If I hadn't been reading in this forum, I would have been one of those to jump right in. I definitely felt this at 1 and 1.5 scoops, just really like the intensity of 2 scoops

I am definitely two scoops as well.

A client of mine is insanely tolerant to stimulants. I saw him in the gym, he looked absolutely appalling. I took his heart rate and it was 100bpm. He told me he went straight in at two scoops of Enhanced. He is now genuinely scared to take it again, even at a lower dose.

Guess that is more Enhanced for me then lol.
