Yesterday was bad, real bad. It all started cause I decided to take the day off from the gym because my legs were still screaming from Fridays routine and deads just weren't gonna happen. So I got up and decided to make biscuits and gravy, knocked it out in about an hour ate two biscuits and about a cup of sausage gravy, 6 whole eggs and some greens with pork jowl. Then the day just went down from there, we did a Jewish cooking class at work and I ate a few pieces of seven layer cake, crap load of brisket, and my boss made me try some noodle kugel( bread pudding but with noodles, not for me). Then on my drive home my wife says she wants Taco Bell well a case later of half Doritos half soft a crap load of hot sauce and a crunch wrap supreme. I'm good on cheat meals for a few weeks. Don't even want to know my macros, but on the plus side I think I have the calories to do some PR's on deads today.
