Had a nice chest and bicep session. Huge pumps, lazer focus and my strength... well...

Felt insanely good going in and leaving the gym. Ive been urinating like a mad man, its crazy. Cant wait till next week.. by then the PR XT and nolvadren should be full force (hopefully)

Damn y'all two lighting it up like whoa, very good ish, def keep that up and glad to hear things are going extremely well during PCT. If weights were meant to be respected, we would dress up like we were going to Church, wine and dine then put her to sleep, since that ain't the case at all Joe Crawford, no wait, Bobby Knight dem weights and when you're done, don't give it taxi money or call to see if it's ok hahaha I'll stop myself from going on.

Didnt rest today like i scheduled. Went in an hit back and trap work not triceps like planned (chest is a tender)

Yeah tyga prodigy is the most intense PW out right now. Way to strong for my night workouts but love it on the weekends it's my PR setter!!! Rest days are for the weak!!! LOL!!

I need to hit cardio (i keep saying this) but i really dont want to.

Im feeling weak tomorrow, cuz im thinking a rest day is in order!

I hear u I've been resting more and I definitely feel stronger!! Sometimes less is more but my thick head won't listen.

Well i try to split my mon-fri up so it forces me to come in the gym one day on the weekend, which in turn makes me eat good that day lol

At least two days rest, sometimes three times a week (very rare)
 
Day 55
Legs: This was my Tuesday workout. I'm not sure how much longer this can keep up but once again another PR!!! I'm just absolutly amazed on how much stronger my legs have become. With all the knee issues I've had in the past never thought I'd be able to press this kind of weight.. Life is good right now!!

Abs:
ball weighted crunches: 4 sets x 35
Standing cable crunches: 80x35, 90x30, 90x30
Cable twists: 60x20x3 each side
Decline situps: 35lbs x 3 sets till fail

Legs:
Leg press:405x14, 495x12, 545x12, 585x10, 675x8, 725x4 PR!!!
Hack squats: 225x 3 sets till fail
Seated hamstring curls: 85x16,100x12,115x10,130x8
Donkey calfs: 280x16,300x12, 300x12
Leg extensions: 130x16, 145x14, 160x12, 175x10, drop set 145x14

Cardio:
Elliptical: 15 mins / level 9 / 2 miles
 
Day 56
Cardio & abs: So hit the gym pumped to kill chest tonight and I get there and the entire gym is torn apart. They are having all new equiptment installed!!! New everything, DB, Bars, Plates, benches, Squat racks you name it I'm so amped to workout and try all the new stuff tonight!! So I could have went home? Yeah Right!! Banged out Abs and 50 mins or cardio!!!

Abs:
Ball crunched with 15lb medicine ball: 35x 3 sets till fail
Floor legs raised crunches: 35x 3 sets till fail
Ab Coaster: 40lbs x 35 x3
Side bends: 45lbsx 30 per side x 3

Cardio:

Elliptical: 15 mins / Level 9 / 2.0 miles
Stationary bike: 15 mins / level 13 / 7.7 miles
Treadmill PACE workout: 20 mins / 5.0 incline / 2.2 miles

It's looks nice in there! Got to love new equipment. Whenever I move to a new area it's always cool cause you get a new mind set and lose the familiar.

Day 57

Chest and bi:
This was my workout from Thursday. My first workout with all the new equipment at my gym and...... It sucked!! I had to relearn all my lifts again. The machines are real good stuff and the weight feels much heavier. All numbers were down so there will be a learning curve. On a positive the awesome pump and muscle fullness still shining so I can't complain..

Abs:
Seated crunches: 70x30x3 sets
Leg raisers: 35x3 sets
Side bents: 45x3 sets each side

Chest:
Flat bench in a free motion smith machine: 185x 16, 225x 12, 245x10, 265x 8 ( benches where all taken and although I liked the new machine form is work in progress
Incline bench press (same machine): 185x12, 205x10, 225x10, 225x10
High Cable flys: 40x14, 40x14, 45x12
Low cable flys: 40x14x3 sets

Bi:
Standing cable straight bar curls: 70x14, 80x12, 85x 12
Db curls: 37.5x 14, 40x12, 45x12
Standing preacher curl bench: 65x14, 70x14,
75x12

Cardio: elliptical 20 mins level 9 / 2.4 miles
 
Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm weighing in at 213!! That's 1 pound less than when I started the cycle but man do I look ripped! Somehow I dropped 4 pounds this week must be the addition of alphamine. And I'm still rocking the DMZ size and strength woo hoo!

Did a bunch of scap work before i moved on to my pressing, and i had a pump just from that lol if i knew how to mention ppl id tag zir red, his scap videos have helped a ton! Anyways on to the workout...

Db rear fly- 15x10 20x10x4

Db upright row- 20x10 30x10x3
Reverse pec deck-100x10 110x10 120x10 130x10(TUT/contraction)
Super set reverse peck deck with this seated military press machine, palms facing my ears.

I had a knarley pump! My triceps were full, all seperation i had, blurred out. I can feel strength slowly creeping up as well, think everythings finally begining to kick in (maybe).

Diets still on point, instead of my nightly salad, steak, rice and sandwhich, the wifey and i went to longhorns steakhouse. I demolished some rainbow trout topped with crab and shrimp, and ofcourse that bread they serve... it was amazing lol

I was feeling great today! I napped on and off all day then finally drug my tail off the couch and went to the gym. For the first time my delts are sore, triceps not so much. That nolvadren is drying my joints out as well because im having mild joint discomfort. Its odd really.. cuz ive used erase (3 caps ed), and had no joint pain/stiffness or shedding of water weight like i am with nolavdren.

Anywayd, diets on point. I treated my self to a amys margharita pizza, dont know if you all have ever tried one. There decently "healthy" and made of rice flour. Usually find em in the organic/health section of the grocery store.

-DAY 8-
OFF

Ill have a cheat meal tomorrow at some point.. either doughnuts in the morning or go to lunch after church.
