2nd Wind!!! the energy for a renewed effort to continue an undertaking. that is the dictionary meaning! I was slapped worn out today actually last few days. I went after work and hit tricpes and cardio and as soon as i shut the hell up and went in and just got to it, it was like another world!

Triceps:

rope press downs: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

v bar press downs: 100 lbs x 15,15,15

db over head presses: 50 lbs x 12,12,12

tricep dip machine: 90 lbs x 15,15,15

straight bar smaller length one reverse curls: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

Cardio: 2.44 miles 45 minutes treadmill.

db incline presses: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

peck deck: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

Back:

close grip pull downs to chin: 90 lbs x 10,10,6 super set with

Machine rows: 100 lbs x 10,10,6

reverse lat pull down machine: 120 lbs x 10.10,10

A little better we finally got some good news and my wife is ft and can get insurance for us. So soon as coverage starts i go back to my endo and can see if there's anything else lacking. But def feel better then couple weeks ago.

lol yeah thanks brother been a rough lil last few months but I will always keep pushing to my God takes my least breath away.
