2nd Wind!!! the energy for a renewed effort to continue an undertaking. that is the dictionary meaning! I was slapped worn out today actually last few days. I went after work and hit tricpes and cardio and as soon as i shut the hell up and went in and just got to it, it was like another world!
Triceps:
rope press downs: 90 lbs x 12,12,12
v bar press downs: 100 lbs x 15,15,15
db over head presses: 50 lbs x 12,12,12
tricep dip machine: 90 lbs x 15,15,15
straight bar smaller length one reverse curls: 40 lbs x 10,10,10
Cardio: 2.44 miles 45 minutes treadmill.
