Helladrol PCT

I've done my research but I just want to make sure i'm doing things right. I did a 6 week Helladrol cycle 50/75/75/75/100/100 (first time ph or anything for that matter)

Right now my pct consists of (Day 3 for me right now)

Nolva - 20mg ED
Clomid - 40mg ED
Purus Organ Shield
SNS DAA Powder 3g
Fish Oil / Multi-vitamins
Milk Thistle/Hawthorn Berry though the organ shield probably covers that

I really want to keep my gains and I know Nolva/Clomid together is more than suffient for a hella pct thats why the nolva is only 20mg unless you guys think i should go up to 40mg ED. Also Is it ok that i take both the Nolva and Clomid together at the same time (mid afternoon)
or should i take them separately (hours apart)

Same time is fine and the combo should kick u back to normal pretty quick. You could taper the Nolva too. So like 20/20/10/10 since the clomid alone will pull a lot of the weight.

I would do

Nolva
20/20/10/10 (I prefer 5 weeks, just add 10 the last week if you want to do this)
Clomid
25/25/25/25
Cortisol control product like Reduce XT starting week 2 or 3
