Walked past some guy handing out a flyer for EBF and he was wearing an EBF hat. Was that you?

Give past history of supplement use in the following fields: GDA and Non stim burners

I have never used a GDA before. I have always been very carb sensitive so I have stayed away from carbs mostly over the last couple years. Recently tho my carb metabolism has increased and since adding carbs GDA's have caught my eye.

Post goals
My current goals are to lean bulk until next summer. Right now im at 216-218 depending on if I'm fasted when I weight and I want to be above 230 by next summer in time to cut it all up.

Post diet
I am currently doing a carb cycle/backloading type diet right now. 250-300g carbs on lifting days and 125-150 on non lifting days. Most of my carbs on lifting days come pre/post workout and in the afternoon. Protein target is 380+ every day and low fats on lifting days moderate fats on non training days.

Why I should choose you
I work my ass off and give the most honest and truthful reviews on every product I log. I update my log multiple times a day and post pics weekly as well as always trying to answer any questions my followers have on how I feel or what I am experiencing on a product. Also by never using a GDA I have no past experience and would be able to bring a point of view from someone who is new to the type of supplement. Thanks for the consideration.

I'm sorry guys I did not receive enough applicants.

Been side track in the lab testing some powders out ;) got something new. Been using past 2 days and product is legit. Great calorie waster. Ill try pre workout tomorrow
