Thank you brother and yes it is haha this is a first for us and it blows. He's gettin better. He just hates the boogie sucker thing and he can't breath out his nose

I got him benchin early tho!

That's Awesome! Hope he gets better man. It sucks when they're that young and sick because they can't tell you what's wrong.

I know its ****ty. Thank you my bro! It will all be over soon I'm hoping. I'm sick as well. It's mild tho. Key to being sick or if I feel like I'm getting sick is those Airborne immune booster tabs. They are like a gift from above.

I agree. It seems like as time moves on sickness gets worse, people live a lot less, more diseases and cancer... Etc

Haha yea his form sucks ass I tell him all the time. Work in progress hahaha thank you brother means a lot. He kept mom up all night. I feel like an ass for sleeping away. Ima take him when he wakes up and let her sleep in. He's going through a daddy stage where he wants me mostly.

Beast! At that age the most I could bench was a paper towel roll. Gift wrap is on another level!
 
That is pretty funny stuff. I figured out how to make a good grilled cheese with the heel of the bread. Put the cheese on the crust side and the butter on the other tastes just as good as normal.

My dad used to make hot dogs with an extension cord ... not the safest, but pretty fast way to cook...lol

Cut head off of free end of cord (not the end you plug into the wall). Separate wires. Strip 1" from ground and hot. Plug cord in without loose ends touching. Put one wire on each end of hot dog. Cook to desired doneness. Essentially you are electrocuting the hot dog.

Hehehe... my dad's an electrical engineeer, so at your own risk, but super simple really, not without risk ... it's live 110v thru the dog. Just get clean (conductive) leads out of the wire into each end of the dog + on one side - one the other. Plug it in for a short sec. It's basically a short fuse - instead this one cooks...
 
Went in feeling great! Hit some squats... Didn't go past 405. Repped it out for 15. Hit leg and calf presses after then some hip and thigh abductors. Got a lil pump going. Can't believe how light 405 felt tho!
