Damn that's a crazy back workout indeed, gonna start adding face pulls now and props on that meal; the Irish in me is proud to see any kinda potato dish hahah. I won't lie I laughed when I read I'm tired of eating food, cause I fckin feel ya on that man; I used to hit 6-7 meals a day and now I can't do that at all, not close and looking at food sometimes just makes me full. Years back, there's a dude I knew at a *** who asked me if it would be alright to drink only protein shakes with a buncha ish in it, rather eating more than once a day; I laughed so hard and never went back to one of those places again.

Bro im so tired of eating lol i feel like im just stuffing my face constantly. My stomach hasnt felt "empty" in i dont know how long. Im going to try and see if consuming a liquid breakfast for awhile will help lessen the satiety issue im having.

Im weighin in at a whopping 163lbs yaaaa buddy.

hahaha I know the feeling fam, I was eating so much during my cycle that my jaw would hurt at times; when my girl visited me for that bit of time, I couldn't rug munch longer than I usually did cause felt like I was gettin jaw pumps or some ish hahah. That's def that sd too man, eat eat and eat some more and liquid breakfast for a bit wouldn't be a bad change up for a bit.

Damn yo congrats on that serious move up, what around 33 lbs; very impressive and that's why I'm itchin to do sd again stacked with stano or something. When ppl saw I hopped up all that weight, a small part was the sarms, the hella kept me semi ripped, but that sd damn did that put that weight on! Motha****ahs were stuttering at one point after not seeing me for 5-6 months and same will happen when you run into someone you haven't seen in a while.
 
Had an excellent back workout today. I had an odd number of pills so ive actually been taking 30mg sd since yestarday. So, the 11th, 12th and tomorrow will be 30mg sd. Thursday morning will actually be the day my post cycle therapy starts.

Hey tyga stop mirror humping yourself!!! Lol I'm starting to feel that 4 week cycle is almost a waste. I think if you stay low dose for a longer period u see much better gains. This is the reason I'm going 8 weeks.

Yea ive gotten jaw pumps before, hell ive yawned before and got a cramp under my tounge lol yup +33lbs since december

Chest and bi's: I LOVE DMZ!!!! I have been stuck at the same lifts for awhile on Chest and Bi's but not tonight.. I was determained to break the glass ceiling and it was shattered!! I felt so good last night that I said Fug cardio just lifting till they turn the lights off on me. I had no spot last night so I hit chest on the smith machine, haven't done that in a while but man I killed it..

Hey guys, if you can get legit osta and keep the doses low, I think it'd be a fantastic addition to pct. I've crushed a few prs and I took 2 months off from lifting and I'm only 2 weeks in on osta. Only a Month of lifting.

Sorry for stealing your answer, but Osta is recommended 12.5 to 25 for PCT. At my the most, I weighed in around 205 at the end of my cycle and I used 25mg which, is the max amount they suggest anyway; just don't go over 25 and you'll be alright. As long as you're not going over 6 weeks you'll be fine, they claim that's where you can get slight suppression at that length; I've ran it for 8 stacked with S4 and never had a worry.

I love some osta. Will likely add 15mg AFTER my PCT. Ive got roughly four bottles, plus a couple mk 677s

Man, the pump was sick. Absolutely loved it.

*side note, my appetite is rediculous. I demolished my liquid breakfast, an apple and then for lunch i had some sirloin steak soup and an apple. Was hungry maybe an hr after and just crushed a sushi roll. My appitite today has been higher then anyday i was ON! Good sign i suppose..

Thanks Bro!! You know I always leave it all at the gym.. I've been reading that Ostra low dose for under 6 weeks is not suppressive. I know Tyga and Cwals have also used it with good results so I may go for it.. Good thing is I still have 5 more weeks to figure it out!!!:sgrin:

Ok wasnt sure. That would be awesome. I couldn't imagine 5 more week splus getting bigger in PCT. Going to have to paint yourself green
 
I want to let you guys know that tomorrow I going for an out patient procedure. My neck has been a mess for about 2 years now, pain ,stiffness, spazms you name it. My 5th disk is bulged and I'm getting a cervical epideral steroid injection to help reduce the swelling. It only takes about 20 mins to do but they have to knock me out to do it. I'm being told that I'll feel fine in a couple of hour so you know me if I can I'll be at the gym that night.. I'll post back here tomorrow after I'm done and let you guy's know I'm still alive.. Wish me luck!!

I'm at 12.5 Mgs. I'd add in week 2 and go from there. I've heard 20mg is the suppression dose. Quite honestly I'm getting fantastic results at much lower so I'm going to stick with it.

Fair enough! I thought maybe you had liquid. You can always suspend the powder in propylene glycol and water. Then you can dose however u want

i thought test powder tasted alright but it still has that almost bile-like DAA aftertaste

Off spent time with the wife for V day!! Had my injection this morning and I'm at the gym right now!! I ain't got time for another off day!!!
 
Two solid days in on PCT and my workout was freakin great. Worked on TUT with the compound movements (3 sec negative) Every exercise was super setted; chest ss w/ back exercise and so on..

Don't lock your elbows! Other than that looked pretty decent. Beast for sure.
