Mass hgh and djbombsquad go massive

Tomorrow will be chest and abs. I am going to give you my final thoughts in a few days. Since this is a long term goal when it comes to hgh Ideally if this product works than it would be safe to say in 6 months of using it, one could see a difference in muscle size correct?

I had SOLID gains after 3 months
 
i am going to workout Back today. I Slept well last night but I am Still coughing but ready to hit it hard today.
 
Today i did 80lb assisted dumbell press. I am up from last week at 75.
My striations are finally coming in finally. I am stronger than ever.
 
My Sleep sucked for two hours because I had a calf cramp. Once I slept my dreams came Alive.
I Love waking up well rested.
 
I believe it's the burger that i put to much salt that I had last night. Very salty And I think I got imbalanced with my electrolytes. Luckily I had some e02 edge to get rid of my cramp. What a life saver.
 
I killed the gym today.


I can't understand why people say my girlfriend's legs look like matchsticks.
They do look like sticks - but they certainly don't match.


Dad, when I get old will the calves of my legs be cows... ?


You guessed it. Leg day was today. Slept well last night. Rest is key to a good workout.

My Recovery is great and I have been hitting the gym almost 7 days a week on this cycle with out issues.

Can you say almost 10 pack if my abs were shaved. I hate hair but have this modeling gig coming up and this company likes hair. So I'm growing it out for few more weeks.
 
arm day I Incline curled 35/35/35-6 Standing curls 50 for 4 or 5 Barbell curled 75-6 80-6 85-4 Pump set Tricep push down 90/100/100 5/6/5 Lying down tricep extension 75/75/85 6 Pump set machine push down7x15
 
I Slept well last night. Great rest = great lifts
 
I Killed the gym today. My sleep was great and got 7.5 hours. That is always a bonus.

Chest and ab day was what happened and when I hit the gym at 100% I know something is working.
 
I Killed the gym like I killed my fill in the blank because I don't know what to put.

Any how I did 10 sets of bent over rows 8 reps
75lb pull ups and 80lb pull ups 5 reps and 4 reps.
Upright rows and shrugs at 12 reps.

I'm pretty beat. Last day is tomorrow and I will post my review Sunday.
 
So, I would like to give my final thoughts after using it for 30 Days.

My sleep was a lot deeper majority of the time.
I had near perfect recovery for me to lift 30 straight days in a row at 100%.
If I use it longer maybe some physical change in me besides strength gains as you saw in my videos wink wink .

I would recommend this product to people if they asked me.

Nice job with the log DJ. Common theme for most on MassHGH has definitely been great sleep and recovery. Most under-rated part of working out hard.
