Haha oh yea I just can't believe how well I'm holding in pct. Versa1 with the MassHGH maybe? Test Powder is too soon. I'm runnin EPro as well

Haven't tried MassHGH yet, but I had good strength gains with V-1 that started picking up towards the end of week 2.

Had a rough one past night... Went to hit chest and tris so I supped up and went in. Felt strong as **** when I got there and then it went to ****. I had a hard time pushing 405. My right side didn't want to work at all... Hit bench, then that **** happened so I said eh ill take today off and just hit tris. They still strong tho.
 
Every body has a week day but with one side of your body being less responsive your CNS is probably a little shot. I know you don't do deloads but if it happens again I recommend it.

Yea I just stopped after that haha give my chest a rest. My back I'm skipping as well this week. My body didn't like that day either

MassHGH:
The first week was iffy for me. Was groggier on a few days upon waking. The following week was when it started getting good... It didn't help me get to sleep but it put me in a deep one. Waking up would be a breeze. Sometimes I would wake up fully rested and i only slept for a few hours. Recovery is great on the product. Strength seems to be holding up. Still got more time on this product.

Versa1:
Not sure what day I'm on. Appetite has been very high. I become very warm whenever I get to moving. Vascularity is up when I'm at that warm stage. Strength and size are holding which is a big plus now that I'm in PCT. Focus is another great thing I see with this product. More time will tell. I got 3 bottles haha

Those are suspended good mornings, which are different from traditional good mornings. A good comparison would be deadlifts and stiff-legged deadlifts.
 
Ok... Went in to smash biceps and shoulders since I'm takin the weekend off. Got there coach was ready to do back haha I said I was just gonna go for a quick pump so I decided to hit a few exercises with him.
On my way to the gym I felt a little bit of hardening in my muscles and skin tightness... Got there and was ready to rock. Now take this workout with no sleep today...

Strength is holding up. Switching my Deadlift days with my squat days starting Monday .

I'm back in it guys!!! Switching my pull days with squat days so today we will see where I'm at. Recieved my order with Muscle Marinade so best believe that's what's in my cup. Also starting to recieve my gear... Got my APT Strangulator wrist wraps in the mail. Waiting in my Deadlift suit as well ;-)
