I will be logging and reviewing NLA's newly improved pre workout Supp-D.
I am still waiting to be cleared for upper body lifting due to a shoulder injury. There may be a few exceptions but for the most part I will be focusing on legs, core, and cardio.
Tomorrow will start day one.
