When are / is competition(s)? I can dedicAte myself 100% after I graduate in may. I have dieted myself down to literally 0 body fat (mental illness) lol but now I know what is healthy and normal haha. Point is, I can do just about anything I want with my body and have been through it all from losing 100 pounds to gaining back 80 :) SCULPT ME
 
This years schedules..some of them im sure there are more shows in different orginizations

Theres a ton of shows all over the country. So its just a matter of picking one and setting a goal.

Just did,looks interesting.I have got my plans layed out,just got to get to a comfortable physique for myself before I will consider anything ya know.
