What is your favorite cheat meal?

yo, that flavor looks soooo good, so bad for u though haha, how was it?

so bad? how can having this once a week be bad? its only like 700 calories? im sure you can have one or two a week (assuming you do not compete or are in contest prep) and enjoy some moderation.

Its good. Chocolate/Vanilla base, with tons of chocolate mix-ins. Outstanding.

Yeah a pint of Ben and Jerry's is only like 800-900. Just pack more protein in the rest of the day and its all good

Or just have one meal out of the week where you dont count it, for instance. Get an entree or cook something you really want/crave, make an adequate portion. have a pint of ice cream after, and eat regular the rest of the day. Save this meal for the last meal if you have bad urges or cravings where you may cheat more and more as the day goes on. if you make your "Cheat Meal" your last meal. go to bed after no harm no foul back on it the next day.

That's no cheat meal. I had 8 eggs scrambled with 3 slices of American cheese for dinner last night and that wasn't even cheating
 
The way I see it- Ill eat what I want. Its not going to hurt me on occassion. Food=Energy. I'll have some pizza tonight because I've been craving it. I'll probably eat a whole pizza, and I'll take advantage of all those carbs in the gym tomorrow. Splurging on occassion gives me the mental break from the redundancy. I had some chicken nuggets from McDonald's the other day. I ate pretty flawless that day so I said **** it
 
I know it's not cheating but it just looked so pretty that I wanted to share. I like looking at pics of food.

I don't know what these things are called but one has spinach and broccoli and the other has pepperoni and they're great. The Solution has inspired me.

I just ate at least 3 pounds of stir fry @ flat top grill. Brown rice, noodles, chicken, steak, veges. Not even a cheat meal and it feels like a cheat meal :). Gotta love it IF.
 
If that doesn't help get rid of a cold, I don't know what will.

Lol u know it brother! Im actually feeling way better got a zpak and its really helped my mother in law smuggles them from the carribian lol i tried to have her get test she wasnt down with it lol if i could just kick the cough i would be golden

rochester NY called the atomic bomb challenge , somethin like 6lbs of food, big ass burger with hot meat sauce and like a couple lbs of fries with tons of more meat sauce, and the burger had pulled pork and tons of cheese all over it too

Sounds delicious! Next time I take the family to the Strong Museum of Play I'll have to stop and get one!

I popped 2 Anabeta caps and 1 slinsanev2 20 min before I ate the whole thing so I'm good..

Awesome. Yeah I utilize slinsane to help keep me out of carb trouble too lol. Been a few months since I had pizza but I ate a whole 18" meat lovers with mushrooms last fall. Then I had a pint of Ben and Jerry's and a box of oreos. Lol

They serve pizza at work on the weekend shifts on one of the nights so I end up eating pizza every other weekend. I usually limit myself to two slices

Made Buffalo Chicken Wing Sloppy Joes last night. Ground chicken instead of beef, cut up celery and carrots, and add a heaping helping of Frank's Red Hot to some tomato sauce and brown sugar. Add some corn starch to thicken it up, blue cheese optional.
 
While I was looking for gametime snacks I saw "Liquid Aminos" for cooking....wtf didn't anyone tell me about these!?

grill out but good never the less. Great work bro I def. love hamburgers and steaks on the grill
I had a country meal at Cracker Barrell this weekend I ate country fried steak with all the sides. Yum
