I take it daily. On the off days I take it with meals with my ssv2.
Id be using 20 vs 28 caps.

from my understanding AB has nutrient partitioning benefits so I see it benefitting me on off days just as much as lifting days. if you're talking 20 vs 28 caps though, I don't see that being a huge difference. I just take the **** and am throwing out ideas with nothing to back it with of course haha
