bcazo and tyga get bold-drol strong... and big.

I started hitting back tonight and ended up getting a call after my first exercise. My grandpa was headed to the ER. I hit a couple exercises and a few sets and was out.

Had a stupid back pump after my first exercise (reverse t bar rows)

Would appreciate prayers for him.. his names william johnson. Thanks fellas.

Good to see i wasnt the only one... ice cream, pizza rolls and my moms filipino, so she cooks filipino food (obviously) - ate some of that...

Since i ate all that junk, and my stomach wasnt use to it. It hurt ALL night.. dang grease!

Tell ya I'm ready to get back on cycle so I can clean up my diet. With my back the way it is I just don't care at the moment :)

my grandpa came back from a resistant strain staph infection in his heart at 83, yours will come through alright

Ya he should, although his immune system isnt what it was. Hes had a double bi pass surgery, pace maker and a full knee replacement among numerous other surgeries. Hes a tough old man :D so i have faith this to shall pass.

My thinking is that it's a prolactin issue I have Inhibit-P which I started day. If it doesn't stop in 5-7 days I think P-bold may go in the garbage.. What do you guy's think??

eh I wouldn't worry too much about it, DAA gives that to me. 3 days with some L-DOPA and it goes away. is p-bold known for prolactin?
 
Thats weird man, I wouldn't think P-Bold would give any gyno related sides......L-Dopa for a few and I bet it subsides.

Yeah I'm a little confused myself, Inhibit-P has L-dopa so I'm hoping it works. I may also drop P-bold down to 3mls as well and see if it goes away..

Id use inhibit p for 5-7 days and see if that does the trick.

That powermax coupled with my usual concotion of carb powder, leucine and creatrona had me ALL SORTS OF SWOLL. The flavor was actually one of the better fruit punches ive tried! I like the cit mal, and agmatine it has in it, although id live the addition of COP.

Anyways, had a solid aye shoulder session. Decided not to hit triceps tonight either, and no ab work.

Im definitely getting stronger, but the scale wont budge... ill lay out my food for you all. If anybody has suggestions im all ears. Keep in mind im already +200-300kcals above maintenece.

Your diet is always spot on so not much to comment on. I don't see any red meat I would add that and maybe some sweet potatoes? SD has your metabolism running on overdrive so just keep feeding it slowly up calories and see.

Woke up early and my left nipple hurts. Bad. On paper superdrol isnt suppose to aromatize, but we all know in life it doesnt always accomadate "science" so i pumped on two squirts formeron. I wont wait for estrogen to rear its head at all.. forget that. Im going to keep the formeron in until the bottles gone, two pumps in the morning fresh out of the shower.

Also, my left shoulder is a bit creaky this morning, slight pain.

It's been wierd not feeling that crazy alpha feeling in the gym. I put the work in and the next morning I'm sore as hell so something is happening. Also a buddy at the gym came up to me and asked " What are you on" HaHa "Your looking big". I told him I increased my protien and started taking creatine!!! :laughing: I tied a old PR from my last cycle so I think soon the weight is going to start to move..

Actually it was a little worse than i thought.. he got pneumonia with the influenza a as well

Holy crap i smashed my elbow on the steel handle at the hospital. The "funny" bone.. wasnt anything funny about the pain i felt. The door literally hit the ulna nerve. Cant fully bend my arm
