bcazo and tyga get bold-drol strong... and big.

I've been doing close, medium, wide stance. Should I incorporate front in one of these sets?

I've been doing 6 sets of 6 max weight. Then leg press 6 sets of 8, then legs curls. After that legs are dusted.
I do the same stance for every quad exercise, and point my toes the same direction lol

I actually just began incorporating front squats recently, but; i do like em.

The concert was raw, with the exception of one or two bands. Toby mack and mathew west kilt it, some band called "red" or something SUCKED. Psh, i cant wait to give my pillow some head.

Never try to work out on such little sleep, it sucks. I went in to hit chest and biceps... although i had minor strength increases i just wasnt into it. Tired and couldnt give %100.

Incline db bench (90 sec rest)

Incline cable fly (45 sec rest)

The mirror has me lookin all swole, oh wait... i just look all swole lol no lethargy associated with the sd so far that i can notice, just tired from lack of sleep.

Note- 20mg of superdrol seems to be ideal for slow steady gains with minimal to no lethargy. Steady strength increases and small appetite increase as well. Movin into week three i think?

Good work tyga! Its hard to get your ass to the weights when you're tired, kudos for the effort my man! 20mg is perfect, no need to go any higher IMO, diminishing benefits vs sides
 
Day 11

Full body workout: My gym closes early on Fridays for I only had a hour. I decided to try to get a full body workout in doing two exercises per body part and no cardio. The workout felt like one giant circuit and gassed me like you wouldn't believe by the end felt really good. Stepped on the scale today and I'm back down to 214. I'm going to say that p-bold is definitely not a Bulking compound. I am feeling lean with a lot of vienage so can't complain The fun starts in two more days!

Chest:
Hammer strength press: 90 per side x 14x3
Peck deck: 165x12x3

Shoulders:
Seated cable press: 70x12x3
Db front and side raises: 25x14x3

Tri's:
Cable rope pull downs: 100x14x3
Cable kick backs: 25x14x3

Since i ate all that junk, and my stomach wasnt use to it. It hurt ALL night.. dang grease!

Lol everytime i tell someone or someone finds out im half filipino, or my moms filipino they ask if she cooks the duck eggs/drinks them. But, no lol ive never seen her cook them

OFF, yeah right you know I can sit on my Azz for 2 days in a row! I didn't make it to the gym but did bang out a good cardio session on my treadmill... Buckle your seat belts cause as of today it's on like Donkey kong!! First dose of Super DMZ down the hatch.. Here is my new supplement layout. please check it out and let me know what u guy's think. I'm not sure if some of these should not be taken at the same time for any reason.. Lets get it fellas!!

8AM: 2 Orange triad & 2 SNS liver Assist

9AM: 3mls P-bold & 1 DMZ

11AM: 2 Super Cissus

5PM: 3mls P-bold & 1 DMZ

8PM: 2 Orange triad & 2 SNS liver Assist

Note: I did not add cycle support cause P-bold has it in it already, I will see how it works if needed I have it on hand. I don't want to stress my liver any more by taking more than I need so we will see.

Treadmill: Speed walk, 5.5 incline, 4.2 speed, 2.25 miles = sweating like a pig!!!

Today wss a big step, i wish i had video of my squats. I actually used a belt this time, first set of 295 was easy peezy, second set i fought all three reps lol all parallel though.

Weight- 159 lbs
+ 4lbs

Weights comin on slow.. even though im surplused on calories like crazy.

Diet today
2 slices ezekiel bread
3 whole eggs
3 slices bacon
8oz unsweetend almond milk

Snack
1/2 banana
1/2 asian pear

Lunch
1 wheat bun
1/3 lb turkey burger
Honey mustard
1/2 banana
1/2 asian pear

Preworkout
2 scoop kwick karb

Postworkout
2 scoop kwick karb
1.5 scoop protein
12oz almond milk

Postworkout meal
226g rice
6oz chicken slop

Snack
2 blue berry begals
2 laughing cow cream cheese

Before i go to bed ill have another 6oz almond milk and my cycle support

Ive also notice i get about %60 of my calories after my workout.. so from six o'clock until ten o'clock i eat about 1500k calories lol ill also roll out my legs, back and lats before bed tonight.

Just want to share a funny story from last night, and also give u guys an idea of what it takes for me to get a workout in.

So left the house at 8:45 as always kids just went to sleep. 9:15 in the middle of my ab workout phone ring it's my 4 year old son woke up upset. Daddy come home I miss you. So daddy jumps in the truck and process to fly home. Half way home made a turn at a light that was turning red. Bang get pulled over by a cop!!! My wife is a police sergeant so I have PBA cards and a gold shield. So I show him my cards and tell him my son called me upset and I'm trying to get home sorry. So he lets me go ha ha. Now it's 9:30, I get home and my son wants a kiss and hug from daddy so he can go back to sleep so of course daddy gives it To him. 9:45 Son is asleep and I look at the clock turned to my wife and say I can still get a workout in and out the door I go. 10:00 Hit the gym bang out an awesome one hour leg session come home and hit the sack.

Now this morning I'm off from work to take care of my one-year-old son who has an ear infection and bronchitis. Just another day in the life of me. Daddy an my little buddy Anthony

Day 14

Back: as u know it was an interesting night. Some how I managed a killer leg workout. The entire session was at a very fast pace load the weights and kill each set no rest. At the end it was a struggle to get my pants on

Abs: I did some ab work at the beginning then finished the rest at the end not listing it all but I did a lot

Legs:

Leg press: 355x16, 405x12, 455x12, 505x10
Hack squats. 355x14, 405x12, 455x12
Seated hamstring curls: 100x12,100x12,110x10
Donkey calfs: 240x16,260x12, 280x12
Leg extensions: 100x14, 120x12, 130x10, 80x16, 80x16. Legs on fire!!!!
Precor leg press: 200 till fail x 3

Legs are hurting already, thank god I'm home I can rest a little..
 
NEWS FLASH!!!! I' m getting sick!! I knew this was going to happen. Just hit me like a ton of bricks, chills, body ache, so here is the plan. I'm 1 day into DMZ so I'm going to put it on hold. I'll keep dosing P- bold since its not doing much and hopefully in a day or two I kick this! I'm sooooo mad right now. DAMN IT!!!!
