Airborne gettin down NLA style!!!

Damn was I on fire! We are in hardcore prep mode right now! Whole team are practicing together! Lifting with the big dogs to find out im the big dog... This was 2nd week in a row lifting max effort. I believe Recover-D has me recovering faster then expected!

Deads: wasn't paying attention to how many sets or reps... All I know is a RAW 715 was lifted!!! Did a 7 before hand that was majorly lopsided haha someone put a 20kg on one side and a 10 on other. I still pulled it haha

Ooohwee! Swoll-N has me lookin like a new man at the gym for sure! I had to keep my arms up in the air cuz the pump was so intense.
Killed a Recover-D shake that was so delish! My wife even loves it! It has been makin me shiza up a storm tho. Only directly after tho.

I actually don't Hahaha well I do but it sucks sometimes

I sometimes have to hang from the pull up bar between sets of shoulder press when the pumps are really intense. Lol

Yo ab just got Samples in from the good people at nla. I'm guessing you recommend uncapping swoll n and the recover d 1 scoop after workout.

I uncap the Swoll-N. Imo it hits harder and faster.
2 scoops RecoverD after unless u have GI issues then I split my dose

All I gotta say is RecoverD is delicious. Usually flavor gets old for me but its actually getting better by the day. It's a treat to me

550 is a great squat no matter how you cut it. That's like squatting with a Harley Sportster on your back.
