Day 14...
Body is starting to get comfortable with the thermo effect. I can feel it kick it, body getting a little warm, but I don't get light headed or upset stomach like I did the first couple days. Also sweat at workouts are heavy.
Snacked today a little. Had some Reese's pieces but nothing crazy and some oatmeal which upped my carbs today.
Bicep and tricep
Started with 30 min cardio. First 20 min I completed 2.4 miles and burned just under 400 calories. Last 10 min was 5 min light jog and 5 min walking incline. Total 30 min was 3.1 miles and 515 calories.
Then went to arms. Didn't log my workouts but I did standing bb curls, standing DB hammer curls, seated incline Db curls, and ended with spider curls. For triceps I did skull crushers, DB kickbacks, lying tricep DB skull crushers, Dips and standing Tricep DB overhead extensions.
Finished with 10 min ab work. Was exhausted and had no time for cardio afterward.
Big snow storm so getting to gym was hard but I did it.
