Versa-1 IC Release Shipment Receipt Confirmation

If your tracking number isn't showing up, they've told us it may take a little but for them to become active as they leave their facility. If anyone needs anything, my inbox is always open.
 
at least you guys have recieved another email, ive got nothing except for the all versa-1 kits have shipped. even a non working tracking# would be nice, but as long as i get it eventually its whatever.
 
ericool007, there's a chance the emails are being blocked by your spam filter. PM me your info and ill see what info I can find for you.
 
I am sure everyone have built up frustration and adrenaline flowing at a max level. I thought this thread was going to be one of everybody sharing happy receipt stories. I couldn't imagine it turning out like this.

Take it out on the weights. I plan on going to the gym to destroy. Every time I lift, I am going to imagine it being an upper cut on UPS's ugly brown truck driving, brown short wearing delaying my shipment making, FedEx's b1tch courier's glass chin.
 
I have to say that through all this, majority of our AM members have been more than respectful throughout and USP Labs' reps have been very cordial instead of being combative or defensive. Kudos to all. Class act by everyone.

I have seen nastier responses on other boards and on Facebook.
 
I'm in no rush for mine. I know it'll show up eventually, and if it never does I also know that USPlabs will sort it out.

Everyone needs to relax a little lol.

Feel weird being one of the only to receive it. :o

Feel worse that i also don't plan to use it for another two weeks or so.

Everyone should be patient though, I know it sucks and it is easy for me to say since I got mine already, but it will all work out.
 
The email that people are receiving is from UPS, not USPlabs, and explains that they (UPS) are responsible for the delay/missing tracking info.

Exactly. There was a snafu, but these things happen. No need to get a sandy vagina about it.
 
So did USPlabs deliver all the boxes to UPS to ship or did UPS come to USP's location ( which I think happened) ??
And the delay, was it caused by UPS holding all the shipments or did USPLABS cause the delay by contacting UPS late ? Obviously I'm somewhat confused

I actually called my Versa-1 on the phone. He told me he was on the way, he just feels uncomfortable with all the people touching his package
 
Ordered mine last Wednesday. Still haven't recieved and . Tracking number doesn't work. Thought I was the only one.

Give it time. Mine hasn't Come ether so we are all waiting. Give it 5-7 days is what my tracking said.
 
ok,i dont speak out often,and im not complaining.the ic deal was amazing,but sad to say this was my first and may be my last.not that i wont support usp,because you have great products at realistic prices a lot of the time.but i was so pumped for this,i sat by my ipad waiting for that ic email like a kid waiting for xmas.i am a bit dissapointed,i know it happens,and i fully understand exactly how and why it happened.but i can honestly say with it being my first ic release i was part of,i feel bummed out.i did get the email.and i am in no hurry myself to get the product to use,but i gotta be honest i still wish i had mine!i will say if i ever use an ic deal or not,i still support usp as a company and love your good products.but i personally would rather pay what i have to and know im gonna get it and when im told i will,thats the main thing.none the less,thanks usp for a great deal and im sure a great product!

Thank you everyone for their patience. Rest assured people are beginning to get their packages. The free Shipping may take some time depending on routing and scheduling and the postal carrier. Sometimes retailers take 10days to process my order and deliver it to my house out here on the left coast

Already got deliveries from USPS and UPS today and no versa-1 :( . I'm disappointed because I ordered the first day and live in dallas so I thought I would get it today.

So I ordered on the 8th. If it takes 2 days to process it would be sent out last Thursday. So today it should have been in the mail a week already. Got in contact with one of the people from USP labs and she gave me my tracking number and said it should be here in another 5-7 days. So either 2 week shipping or it took 10 days to actually box it up and send it in the mail. Because from the way it looked on the tracking number it takes 24-48 hours to update... and its still not updated. Bad joke.

Here's is what I believe -- UPS Mail Innovations Shipments are very inexpensive and very slow usually. UPS sends there stuff through the U.S. Postal Service on the last leg. IT IS VERY LOW PRIORITY STUFF FOR THE USPS. Even after it reaches your local post office it can sit there for days in big bunches as everything else has priority over the post office sorting your stuff out for delivery, and the tracking info is very hit and miss. Some post offices get this stuff out pronto, others not so quick.

I got my tracking number on Monday, yet still no tracking ability 4-5 days later. *** uses this for their free delivery and it's the poorest delivery method for products. They should have offered paid shipping!
 
I am not do sure. G n c uses mail innovations and the shipment usually gets to me in 3 days.

Yes, they do and sometimes you get stuff quick, and some times it takes 10 or more days, and that is exactly how I found out about it. One time my local post office had one of their bundles at the local post for 4 full days before they sorted it for delivery. It depends heavily on your local post office attitude toward these shipments and how busy they are at the time.

I totally agree that none of what is being told to everyone concerning the shipping problem makes any sense. I have already asked for a refund. I was told that the product had shipped, and that should I wish to pursue the refund, I will need to ship the product back once it arrives. I do, and I will. No other details were offered by the company. I've been through this crap with other supplement companies in the past, and always ask for a refund in this case. It seems to be isolated to the supplement industry also. I don't accept such business practices, as I used to be involved in a mail order business, and I have a pretty good idea of how things work here. That's all I'm going to say.

Understood and your frustration is noted as well as the frustration of our inner circle. We will offer refunds and when you recieve your package, please contact us and we'll email you a shipping label for the return shipment and refund your money as soon as possible.

USPlabs had nothing to gain here and everything to lose.

UPS sent an email to all that ordered explaining the errors made.
 
Well i would like to say thank you USPlabs for the great opportunity. There's gonna be shipping delays especially with that kind of deal what did u guys expect it to be wire transferred to your mailbox. Calm down. Blame usps not USPlabs.
 
I've seen delays before but not on a scale like this. Package here or there not being processed but a whole pallet or more? I need to send my stepson an email and have him check and see if this is legit. He has family on his father's side that are in UPS corporate in Louisville.

What exactly happened to make it so I have a tracking number that hasn't shown up it anyone's system for a week........

I gave you money in exchange for a product, so far I have yet to receive any indication of a product. All explanations have contained ambiguous words describing inexact nebulous problems.

Obligatory message board to supp company chivalry aside, as others have mentioned this is a rather inexcusable business practice.
 
I understand they tried their best and maybe offering different payed shipping would make it harder to ship out but I would've liked that option. The reason why I get upset is because everyday is like Christmas waiting for a package and every time the mailman doesn't drop off a package it's like I got a piece of coal. This is why I like amazon prime and overnights. Also the whole USPlabs, UPS, USPS gets me confused.

I get people being annoyed. Hell, I'm a little annoyed, but I'm positive USPLabs is doing/has done all they can to make sure we all get our orders as soon as possible. I don't get where people think a company the size of USPLabs is trying to screw people over (especially with their reputation for creating well-received products). They aren't some fly-by-night company that comes and goes. This isn't some large organized money laundering scheme. It's an unfortunate event. That's it.
 
I'm guessing I am not the only one that still hasn't even received a tracking number? Ordered it on the 9th as well.
 
I never said it wasn't legit. But it does make one wonder if they initially had the capital to handle everything in a timely manner. It's not like they are a major corporation or even have multimillion in revenues. I could care less though. More of a curiosity for me on how something like this actually happened when it was so planned out in advance.

No, UPS has not sent out anything to me about errors made. This is all I've received from UPS --"Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations" That and a meaningless tracking number. This has not changed in 5 days. There is not even something saying that UPS has even received my order from USPLabs. USPLabs picked a crappy shipping method, and I believe it has taken them a long time to get out some orders to even this wimpy delivery route. I don't even know if UPS has even received my order yet, as there is nothing telling me they have.

I would suggest that USPLabs never elect for this shipping method again!

What I know from some long talks with my local post office is that neither UPS nor USPS gives this shipping method much respect.

Oh, YOU meant USPLabs sent out something. "Someone failed to push a button." Nope, that doesn't clarify anything. I believe my explanation of a poor shipping method and not getting many orders out in time are a more likely clarification. Why after 4-5 days is my tracking number not even telling me that UPS has even received my order? The same info pops up that was available on Monday. Wow!?? Perhaps, UPs does not give a crap about orders sent out through this method -- ya think??
 
Sub'd for updates. I'm another one who got that email from UPS saying there was an error on their part. Mind you, I was able to order on the Tuesday when the IC release initially dropped, so this has all been a bit disappointing. I certainly won't be getting a sandy vag over this, simply because that isn't in my nature. Plus I have faith enough in USPlabs to know that they likely did all they could following the unexpected server problem. I doubt they then were anything other than prompt when filling the orders and getting them off to the shipping carrier.

My frustration mainly stems from the fact that I go back to college (a couple hours from my home address) tomorrow and would have had the package shipped there had I known there would be such a massive delay. Do you think I would be able to call UPS and have them reroute the package to my college addy? They surely ought to considering the error they have committed. That would just be good practice. In fact, I think at the least, UPS should hire bikini models to personally deliver those packages they have effed up and give a complementary blowjob upon delivery.... at the least
 
I think I understand now. usp is shipping to ups who's giving it usps who will be delivering it on behalf of usp but essentially through ups :omfg:


I'm going to quit checking up on it and not even bother with the tracking information they sent. It will get here when it gets here. I always seem to have problems with UPS delivered packages. Fedex is the way to go. I've never had a problem with a Fedex package. I don't blame usplabs for this, it's UPS that sucks.
 
I've had packages arrive in a few days with this same shipping method. I've also had deliveries (from reputable retailers) take 3 weeks using the standard shipping (that I paid for). It took over a week for my Black Friday order from NP to even start "processing". In all of these cases, I believe the parties involved did their best to ensure as fast a delivery as possible...sometimes stuff happens that's beyond their control.

We appreciate your understanding, and trust us... We want you using VERSA-1 just as much as you'd like to be using VERSA-1. We're doing all we can to pass on the most accurate information we've received, to the end-client.

I agree with this. Obviously this sucks and I'm not going to argue that it doesn't suck. I didn't get my black friday order from NP for almost a full month. It was no fun waiting. This isn't fun for anyone involved. That said I do think orders will get to people eventually and I do think USP labs will learn from this to make sure the mistake doesn't happen again in the future. No, it's not an ideal situation, but this is how companies (and people, and other companies) learn about the process. I would have had absolutely no idea that this would be the way it works when you go this route, but now I do. Being really mad isn't going to make anything happen faster, and I don't think this was an intentional mistake.
