good to know this mich....anyone whos ever ordered stuff on-line and recieved a damaged product know it's not fun...even if it's still useable, it kind of ruins the experience of "getting" something in the mail
 
fellas your points should be added.let me know me if you have any issues.Reps i believe they are still working on yours i believe between the holidays and all thingz were crazy
