What's foods anabolic to androgenic ratio??
I've been training for 4 plus years, I've got about 12% body fat
Chicken is 100/100 but steak is 500/500 I suggest 200g of chicken a day for 12 weeks then maybe finish with some steak for a little boost

Fun fact my connect is a 34yr old male that has to sit down to piss. His first cycle was when he 18, youre heading down a glorious path there champ.
I can understand scare tactics but how does sitting down to piss have anything to do with hormones?

Give me one logical reason prohormone's or steroids would cause you to have to sit down to piss.
Because nobody likes to piss on their shoes.
Steroids don't shrink your penis, they atrophy your testicles.
And even if they did shrink your penis I'm pretty sure even if my dick was 1 inch long I could still easily pee standing up.
I'm quite well aware, thank you. I interpreted it as the inability to achieve or maintain any semblance of an erection, though I could be wrong. But my grandfather also tells a joke about how he takes Viagra so he doesn't piss on his shoes.
But when a person asks: "Hey I've never used or done any research and I'd like to be handed some information on what to use." Then why would there be any reason to provide good information? It's like handing a 14-year-old the keys to a Ferrari. Members here aren't afraid of steroids, because they have knowledge of not only the "What" but also the "How" and the "Why". And that only comes from genuinely taking an interest, not hunting for a shortcut.

Previous thread, you got sick for a week and claim you lost 50lbs on your squat. Your 18 and too young for ph/AAS. You don't need them. Test is high enough. Just bust ass and eat a ton.

That's a myth eggs are healthy for you, yolks and all..Don't forget the omega 3s, all those eggs could raise cholesterol levels. Otherwise, good PCT layout.
