Best protein

Hm add in to the good flavors NLA Recover-D , their flavor is just amazing too.
XF UP 2.0 is my absolute favorite protein and tastes amazing! Their whey is good too. Recover-D tastes very good but it gives me terrible gas.
i ponder why ppl seem to think syntha-6 is a 'good' protein..they must confuse 'good taste' with 'quality ingredients'.when maltodextrin is the #1 ingredient after protein, that is all i need to see to run away..:run:
It's also sold as a MRP IIRC
I was thinking of picking a container or 2 of the Flurry protein myself but I have been reading some bad reviews about the quality, mixability, and taste in the Nutraplanet review section.Has anyone else tried this protein and if so what were your thoughts about it ?
Flurry is a terrible protein! I bought 4 tubs and the taste isn't very good, granted I've had worse. It also gives me flatulence (only other protein to do this to me is Recover-D), and the scoop is ridiculously inaccurate. Their 38g scoop is twice as big as my XF 38g scoop. Fillers indeed or big screw up. I got cookies n cream (sucks) and the chocolate lovers (sucks too but not quite as bad). I prefer XF, Dymatize, ON, or Combat Powder.

I had a sample of the chocolate cupcake pronom and thought it was gross. Plus it has "Nutritional Creamer" listed as the first ingredient in "Other ingredients". I don't want creamer in my protein.

Interesting about the creamer, that's not one that I usually see in protein.

My favorite is Protein Factory Bio fresh whey isolate. Taste is bland but the quality is top notch, no fillers, you can customize your package lol. Choose your sweetener. Hands down IMO, but if you're going for taste def better choices out there. Just my .02

I have a container of Trutein chocolate banana dipped that I haven't opened yet but
from all the good feedback I am looking forward to it when I crack it open.

Muscle milk cytosport + chocolate milk+ regular milk + creatine= cheap post workout formula that has everything u need. I can't believe how many people pay 70$ for a tub of protein. F*****g ridiculous. U can get muscle milk cytosport at Costco for 24$ and its 2 maybe 3 months worth of servings. Oh and some cottage cheese before bed. This is cheap effective bodybuilding.

Muscle Milk is far from being cost-effective, and the bags sold at the warehouse stores are not great values.

I miss All The Whey.

Very true. Much to learn bud. Check out the reviews and the ingredients and who backs up the Beverly international protein, it's a little on the expensive side but I say the best quality.

I had a 16oz end cut Rib-eye yesterday along with some organic long grain brown rice and asian medley vegetable mix. Now that's good protein!. Mmmmm tasty too!. It has good stuff in it and it helps with recovery too!.

That does sound delicious. I'm going to pull out a ribeye for dinner tonight. Ever try basmati instead of brown rice though?

I may have tried it at one time or another. Not sure though. I'll take a look next time I'm at the store.
It's has a low GI load like brown rice but tastes a lot like white rice, best of both worlds!

Rib eye is my personal favorite cut of meat. I can not wait till I'm back home in the states and I can grill up my own steaks. Deeeeeslicious.

I prefer to get the musclefeast whey, unflavored. Nothing but protein, no sweeteners, no colors, no anti caking agents. They test it for purity and they've tested others, a lot of people do not live up to the label claim. I'll mix it with a little bit of sweetener depending on if it's after my workout or night, sometimes dextrose for after and some stevia other times. Add a little bit of all natural almond extract, perfect.

Muscle feast whey isolate. You can actually taste the coco in it. Been using their protein for 3 years now and I don't see EVER changing. Might try something if it was free (which thankfully I have had a lot of opportunities to do that) but never spending my own money on anything else but their proteins.

Any Whey from ON does that with their unflavored instanized protein powder. Excellent to cook with as well.

Have been using Iso Sensation 93 unflavored natural flavor protein for the previous few months. I like it due to the lack of fillers or sweeteners. 30gr protein and only 1gr carb per serving. Mixes easy with skim milk. Tastes like milk. 5lb tub amortizes quite well.

Age Force hasn't made a protein patch yet? I'm sure it's coming...(sorry, I couldn't help it)

What's wrong with there amino acid patch. I love it. I recover so much quicker than when I'm not on the amino acid patch.

Invalid Link Removed

Our Essential Amino Acid Complex patch includes 8 "Essential Amino Acids" plus Tyrosine. * But that's only part of the story! Hundreds of dietary supplement companies offer oral amino acid supplements. They are, for the most part, formulas with various amino acids compounded together. At AgeForce® we've spent over 3-years of laboratory research and development to identify and select 9 specific amino acids, in very exact dosage strengths and ratios, to create a synergy that elevates the effectiveness and benefits of each of the 9 amino acids in the formula. The proprietary ratio of each of the 9 amino acid's dosage is critical to the unprecedented performance of our amino acid patch.

To me that's pretty good. Can't complain.

I didn't realize it actually existed

Despite the sappy name, there is a company called Bluebonnet Nutrition that makes a REALLY good-tasting WPI that contains 26g of protein/serving and only has 108 calories/serving. I just hope that they're really putting protein in it...

I use musclefeast unflavored micellar casein and I add a scoop of whatever flavored whey or
mixed blend protein and then I have a perfect combo of slow and fast digesting proteins in
my shake.

Muscle infusion black is amazing, I had the chocolate flavor. I also enjoy giant sports nutrition. Just ordered some dymatize elite whey. Anyone ever had the cafe mocha flavor?
