Wheels are on fire right now! Felt pretty good in the gym tonight. Diet was a little low today because I didn't plan on going to the gym 2400 cals made up of 295p/110f/50c + a handful of mixed nuts that I didn't put in my fitness pal. Off day tomorrow gotta get some stuff done around the house. Happy New Years to all you guys. Have to say this is the first time I've ever watched the ball drop from the gym haha

Thanks man appreciate it. I actually just came across some skim mozzarella cheese sticks I've been snacking on. 2.5 fat 1g carb and 8g Protein. 60 cals. The jalapeño sounds bomb though ill have to keep an eye out!Solid pump man! Idk how fond you are of cheese but I stumbled across some jalapeño mozzarella sticks. I ate two, today. They were delicious, 5gr fat 1gr carb & 7gr protein.

Ha yeah I love going through my logs too. I might throw some pics up here to show the progress I've made over the last year or so. I was 250ish with a much higher BF not too long ago. Went in and hit shoulders today. The T-blast must really be starting to shine. The last few gym sessions have gotten a little more Intense by the day. I was gonna do a suppdate the other day but haven't had time. Ill probably write up a final review at work either tonight or tomorrow since I'm about done with everything. Diets been on track and back to normal all week finally back in the groove. Weight was 214.1 this morning. Today's diet is 2900 cals 125f/340p/50c.

Overall I'm very pleased and honestly a little suprised at the quality of NLA. I only say surprised because I hadn't really heard much about them before this.

This stuff hits FAST! Like within 5-10 mins fast. Mixability was really good. And energy was great. The taste on the other hand isn't the best. I know there are two new flavors coming out so hopefully they taste a little better. The only thing I would change is to add 5g mono to it.

This product didnt work as well for me as it did others. Maybe I'm not lean enough to really get the full advantages of it. But to be honest it takes 4-5 uncapped pills (which doesn't help the taste of supp-d if you were wondering lol) to get much of a pump. I didn't notice much difference in the pumps being carb depleted or not.
Recover-d
Awesome taste. Good profile. Mixed great. A good quality protein. BUT it is pricey. Honestly too pricey for me. Unless there's a sale going on I probably will stick with my usual protein. I have a high protein diet though so of your not trying to hit 350 + grams of protein a day this would probably be a great buy.

This is the product I was most impressed with. Aggression, hunger, libido, recovery time all have been awesome with this. It's really hit hard about the last 3-5 days. Awesome product. The only downfall is it gave me GI issues. And it actually seems to have gotten worse the longer i take it. I tried spaced out and with food neither seemed to help. But it doesn't last long usually around 12 hours, and then everything is back to normal.
Overall pretty happy with everything. Thanks again to the guys at NLA for the opportunity. If I left anything out please feel free to let me know.
