Not much too update: workout sucked, 275x5 on bench, sitting on my chest waiting for help. Just didn't feel it, not a normal day to workout and it was second time this week. So not dubbling up anymorre![]()

Felt great today. I took 4 swoll-n caps pwo and had a great chest workout. Again I can't stress to u guys what this stuff has done to my veins. I look like I'm a walking Road map now haha

Great workout today on Legs for not working my favorite excercises, will update in a bit. Swoll-N rocks my world. Enegy is up big time.

Updating my Monday workout. Also I took 4 swoll-n caps again. I was pumped up for sure. The sad thing is I only have 3 more caps left, the good news is I have somemore on the waythis is deff gunna be a staple in my pwo from now on!
Did Chest! Had some amazing pumps for sure. My strength is climbing steadily.

Yes you do have some more products on the way! I'm about to lift chest and biceps and I think I'm gonna have to do this routine! Looks great.
