Ok guys today is typicaly a day off but the wife and kids are going outa town. So I'm gunna go smash some chest! Also because of the pain I'm dealing with not gunna b doing deads,squats,or leg press until I'm back 100% for my next cycle cause its gunna b epic. I'm gunna start hitting chest twice a week until I can do legs hard core again, and besides I feel when I hit twice a week I c better increases.

Also I took 4 caps of swoll-n yesturday and today I'm gunna do the same cause I felt focking awesome. Will update when I get back
 
Not much too update: workout sucked, 275x5 on bench, sitting on my chest waiting for help. Just didn't feel it, not a normal day to workout and it was second time this week. So not dubbling up anymorre :(

I was very vascular though ;)

Felt great today. I took 4 swoll-n caps pwo and had a great chest workout. Again I can't stress to u guys what this stuff has done to my veins. I look like I'm a walking Road map now haha

275x4 could've done a lot more
315x2 my right shoulder I've had problems with lately again and I can tell. Barely got my right arm locked out.
225x15 had the wifey help force last 2

90 caps can support 4 on work out days no problem and 3 caps work for ya off days as well if you wanna dose everyday....

that's what I was gunna say. If ya take too many u might miss out on gains at end of bottle. 4 is good for me. Glad ur responding to the agnatine better with using this product. I ****ing love it
 
Great workout today on Legs for not working my favorite excercises, will update in a bit. Swoll-N rocks my world. Enegy is up big time.

Yes I get great energy from the pills that comes from the 200mg of citrulline malate. Citrulline Malate helps increase energy levels and helps with muscle fatigue, which was perfect for me considering I've been on pct and my muscles wernt able to recover as fast. Of course I'm gunna have energy from a pwo but its just accelerated from the benefits of the citrulline.

I'm still nursing a pain in my lower back, but its getting better since I'm staying away from deads, squats, leg press. Sucks because they are all my fav lifts :(

Leg exstention:

Leg curls:

205x10 PR this is the whole stak, had trouble with last 2 but I forced them out the best I could.

Calf exstentions using the leg press:
8 platesx25
10 platesx25
12 platesx25
14platesx20

In place BB lunges:
Bbx10 each leg for 3 sets( worked on going low and stretching out the glute area that is bothering me.

Its realy tough for me not to go ahead and do the main leg lifts but I need to heel so I can set some PR's. I've already set one PR for squats a couple weeks ago at 545 lbs. But I'm wanting more so I gotta take care of myself. Even though I didn't work on a lot I felt like I made some great gains on the exst, and curls.

And I did take 4 caps if anyone is intersted. Getting Swollen on Swoll-N!
 
Havnt had a Pic in awhile! Just waking up this morning. Swoll-N deff helped cut me up, don't think I have any water retention what's so ever. Will try and Post a Pic of the traps while on Swoll-N durring my Shoulder workout if I'm not too bashful infront of everyone else working out :)

Glad your here bro! I'm going to go to the charopractor tomorrow. Its getting worse and its like bone is rubbing another bone. Think something realy out of place. I can deal with the pain at the gym I'm just not going to do anthing that causes me to bend. Oh well still killing it lol
 
Sorry for lack of updating. Putting in lots of work for NLA ;)

I just wanna say the pumps are getting realy aggresive. I'm more cut up than ever but with the pumps my Shirts are crazy tight.

I have been hampered by a joint that is out of place that has me down rite now as far as Deads,Squat, and presses. I will be seeing my charopractor this week and prolly for awhile until we get it lined out. Sucks cause I can't do my fav excercises.

Having said that I'm still kicking ass in the gym. I cannot exspress to you how much swoll-n has made me more confident. Weights that use to be tough are getting much easier. Love that!

Updating my Monday workout. Also I took 4 swoll-n caps again. I was pumped up for sure. The sad thing is I only have 3 more caps left, the good news is I have somemore on the way ;) this is deff gunna be a staple in my pwo from now on!

Did Chest! Had some amazing pumps for sure. My strength is climbing steadily.

Yes you do have some more products on the way! I'm about to lift chest and biceps and I think I'm gonna have to do this routine! Looks great.

What can I say, I got the Best Boss! Haha! By all means go ahead and hit it up Justin. I enjoy this routine, whereas I'm getting some repatition in and some strength 1rm sets aswell. You might have to Put up a workout Log of yours, your pretty stacked fo show

Here we go: Unfortunately today was the last of my Swoll-N. But it was by far my best pump Day. I purposely psuhed my muscles today too the limit. I was Jacked! My veins before I started this product were barely noticable. Not the case now. My Veins somehow or another have started Branching out and creating new ones. I tell you that for aslong as I'm lifting I'm going to be using Swoll-N for the pumps while working out and for creating the most vascular body I can.

Just wanna give a Special Thanks too Justin, the NLA Founder for letting me try this product and then giving me the opportunity to rep his great products. I am forrever indebted to you for giving me this oportunity and helping me and everyone else reach there full potential in the weight room.

Just thought I would post up a new Raw PR on deads. Hit 495x1 no straps, just a belt. I was more pumped to get this than the 550 with straps I did.
